There was a guy at the front desk. He’s white with dark hair and a beard. He’s stern, but so helpful. So knowledgeable and just awesome allll around. All of the staff were absolutely great honestly but he was amazing!

We were there for parents weekend. It was clean and having the suite was a nice surprise since I didn't realize that. I would stay again

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel was newly renovated, creating a great vibe in the lobby. Guests would often hang out in the living area or outside. They also have a complimentary snack bar that serves coffee and juices.

Close to Blue Cross Arena for concert.

Breakfast was great 👍🏼😃, Staff helpful and knowledgeable, very good over night staff and morning crew.

We loved our visit here and very much needed and very relaxing, love the trees that all around the lobby area, room was perfect for me and my family. Our girls loved how the couch pulled out as bed and they loved the pool. We highly recommend and will be coming back for another visit soon.

Property was very nice with a beautiful layout. I had an emergency and needed to get a delivery and the front desk was so accommodating. The person who checked me in was clearly still training and ended up charging me the full cost of my stay although I had already paid in advance. However, a quick call upon reviewing my statement and speaking with the person who answered the phone fixed the issue and the charges were immediately reversed.

To start i love the security system to get acces to the rooms. The breakfast was so good! Love all the features and furniture in our room the bathroom supplies like the shampoo and lotion for your convenience is gratifying the hotel in all deserves the 5 stars

Staff was exceptional and allowed early check-in after being displaced from previous hotel when water in the building stopped working. Room was also comfy and gym was pretty decent.
