The property was very modern and clean. It was close to the historic but not right in the heart of it. We usually stay closer to the fort, this was closer to the fountain of youth. Still not far.

Best location we could ask for. Kind staff and comfortable bed.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location is near the Fountain of Youth and guided trolley tours. The restaurant offers a nice selection of basic Hispanic food.

It was really clean! Staffs were very friendly to me! As well helped me with some questions that I had because it was my first time booking for myself!

Convenient location, big rooms, excellent house keeping. The rocking chairs on the porch were my favorite.

The breakfast was just right bagels, yogurt, eggs ect..

The property was beautiful, clean and easy to navigate. Our room had a large balcony and a wonderful view of the bridge of lions. I used an office chair that was at a desk in the room to sit in front of the window and people watch. Also enjoyed the balcony in the morning. The rocking chairs were nice. The shower was ok except you had to get wet turning on the water lol. The toilet was loose from the floor but that’s my only concern. Everything else was very nice. We didn’t try the restaurant or bar in the main hotel area but the lobby was gorgeous. The valet parking was a nice addition as well since parking in that area can be tricky. We’d definitely stay here again!!

The view is amazing, especially in the evening. The room was neat, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating and breakfast was surprising and delicious!

Fantastic location, Gary on reception was Fantastic, helpful with local information, professional and very friendly! Our room on lower ground was quite spacious, lovely bathroom lots of toiletries, beautiful soft, clean white towels. Only problem, TV wires were hanging down and had so much dust that fell off onto counter, not good and how this wasn't noticed I'll never know. The door to the fridge, first one, had a huge dirty stain on like something had been dropped down it, very noticeable but cleaned up with clorox wipes. The patio was beautiful over looking the harbor, clean , and chairs nice and clean too. Breakfast was served upstairs in a beautiful setting all navy and white , clean, nice lady serving and very helpful regarding menu. Definitely staying here again !
