Hotel was clean and the location was great close to where we was playing darts and price was good for our stay the staff was nice, only thing bad was our room, didn't have hot water and after talking with the general manager he made things right. I would recommend this hotel.

Location was fine although you need more parking spaces and not so close to each other. We could hardly get out our doors in some of the spaces.

The AC unit in the room would not turn on.
The AC unit in the room would not turn on. There were no blackout curtains and the sun blasted into our east facing room at about 0530 quickly driving the temperature even higher. There was broken furniture in the room. I have been trying for a month to get a refund on the grossly unacceptable room but both the hotel and Radisson refuse to refund the $185.07 we paid for this room. I complained at the front desk at checkout in the morning and was told no refund would be offered until the manager arrived later in the day. He has since refused the refund. Radisson denies that I filed a complaint with them the next day on 02 July 2023 even though I have the emails I sent them of the videos and photos I took and their responses dated 06 July 2023.
I can not see ever staying at a Comfort Inn & Suites, not any other Radisson/Comfort property. At no point has Radisson admitted that a room with no AC or blackout blinds is not acceptable to rent out.
Never have I had such a bad stay in any hotel.

The hotel was undergoing some remodeling at the time of our overnight stay, but that did not effect anything. There was no construction dust. Everything was quite clean, especially the room. Everything worked, the staff was friendly , breakfast was fine, no complaints. It was a great value, probably one of the best we ever experienced.

Their grab and go breakfast was old and not good.
Their grab and go breakfast was old and not good. Granola bars were hard as rocks and they gave an apple. Poor breakfast. Bad coffee. No elevator to the second floor and I was there for surgery and they stuck us on second floor. Not very nice only cared about money and smelled bad.

He was totally flawed and then when I made a good review about it they came back with just all well will do better no action was taken in honestly they didn't even mention anything about the handicap issue in the pool which was one of the main issues it's not right to limit somebody who's already limited and never was there a chance that would they give up their holiest of grails which was the money taken from a hardworking family to be utilised In an effort to do nothing for the problem so once again exactly as I state Nothing got done nothing will and I did not receive my refund refund me now thats what you should do that is what's right try being righteous Rather than a hindrance

It's close to old town St.
It's close to old town St. Charles which everyone should visit - crafts, independent stores & any kind of food you might crave. Park and just walk around for the experience. It's where Lewis & Clark started their adventure so if you like history visit!
St. Peters has grown so much over the years since it is off Hwy 70. You can be in downtown St. Louis within 20-30 minutes to enjoy all the fun there as well. Great mom & pop restaurants everywhere which we prefer.

It's OK.
It's OK. The entire area somewhat reminds me of the Stepford Wives. The communities seem to lack personality, character. Would always do better to reduce the number of bureaucrats on the streets, especially law enforcement driving around and harassing folks, but it's expected these days. Government can't just leave the people alone.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, helping out with any questions we had, additional amenities we needed, and when there were any issues with the room we were staying in. The hotel itself was very clean, smelled fresh and new, and housekeeping were swift and quiet. Our room was large and comfortable, AC worked great to heat and cool, and all the bathroom facilities were great. Parking lot was large and there was always a space to park near the front doors.
The location was great right off the freeway. There was a really nice Mexican restaurant next door to the hotel. The staff was friendly but the room was not very clean. The beds were comfortable but there was a smell to the place - not sure if it was smoke but it was not pleasant. It was not good value for money and I would not stay here again.
Impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Even though everything seemed dated, it was extremely clean and in good repair.
The desk clerks were always helpful and friendly.
This was the quietest hotel I can remember ever staying at. We heard no neighbors in adjacent rooms, and only minimal hallway noise when someone was passing by our door.
They gave me a room right off the lobby, and a dozen people decided to have a party and smoke. It was loud and rude. Some people actually sleep when hey go to a hotel. Rude. I will not return to this place. Guy that was at office wouldn’t change my room, said that’s the one I paid for. Not accommodating. I will not be back.
No refrigerator or coffee in the room. They you wanted us to go downstairs and pay additional for it. I felt that was greedy and rude. No breakfast. For the price it was lacking. Every hotel I have ever stayed in provided these servicea with the cost of the room. The room was over $200 for one late stay and no coffee!!!!
This was a great place to stay! Very clean hotel with excellent staff. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfy, and the noise was non-existent. Breakfast was comparable to a restaurant. Very nice stay. Would definitely stay here again!
The location of the hotel was great, close by to restaurants, stores and other amenities. The rooms were clean. The Day shift staff was super nice. We were traveling with 2 other families.
Our room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing.
