Excellent location, perfect rooms, kind staff. Everything was exceptional - including the rate. The breakfast was the standard American hotel fare - inedible by European standards (but the Americans have not figured that out yet), but beyond that, this was a real find. Highly recommended.

To be honest, I could have stayed here a lot longer. I had 3 nights in Santa Rosa and only decided the night before that I would go there on my travels south. The room and hotel were immaculate. I had a beautiful room with a balcony. The bed was so comfortable it made it difficult to want to get out of it. Thankfully, Santa Rosa doesn't get going until lunchtime in Spring, so it suited me perfectly. This hotel is unique and situated in a safe neighborhood which is something I always am aware of as a solo traveler. Cleanliness is on point and the amenities supplied in the room are ideal. Staff were extremely helpful and organized my laundry to be delivered back to the hotel, which was great because I didn't want to waste a minute of my time there by spending a few hours in a laundromat. I wanted to be out exploring and absorbing a new place. Parking was great. Breakfast was everything necessary to fuel a day of discovery. I had my hair colored at a local salon Diamonds & Curls after simply walking in. I am super happy with my color and the price was certainly reasonable. I ate and drank at many establishments and stumbled home to my accommodation safely. I would definitely stay here again given the chance. I absolutely LOVED the Charles M Shultz museum also.

Really great location and great hotel with a lot of facilities. It was quite warm, so the pool was fantastic to have in the evenings. The rooms were clean and very comfortable - we slept very well. It was perfect getaway.

There was so much to see and do around town, highly recommend visiting the Charles M Schultz museum, there was so much we learned about him and his contributions to the community. There's plenty of options for restaurants, you can find everything from bbq to fine dining. Plenty of wineries within an easy drive of our hotel.

I know the hotel well.

I know the hotel well. I was born and raised in Santa Rosa and it's a good hotel just not that good of a neighborhood. It's comfortable there, it's good for the money. Staff is friendly.

This once-quaint city is littered with parking meters and aggressive ticketing. Charging our EV at City-owned stations was almost impossible as two out of three were broken and the third one was ADA parking only. The fourth one was old and slow. If staying in Santa Rosa, avoid the downtown area if you can. If driving an EV, avoid the level 2 chargers and using only the better (costly) DC fast ones. You'll have more time to enjoy.

The crown jewel of parks is right in Santa Rosa. Howarth Park has lots of sun AND lots of shade, with terrific play structures, a carousel, and a wide variety of spots for kids to play. I'm a big fan of the mix of a rural feel with a good sized city. There is plenty to do, glorious parks, and scores of fruit tres. Our grandkid loved seeing Peanuts statues all over town.

We chose Santa Rosa for the location close to the Russian...

We chose Santa Rosa for the location close to the Russian river wine area which worked out that most of the wineries were within about 25 minutes drive and gave us a wide variety of dining options as well. Our only mistake was booking out time so full preventing us from just having a few days to just chill.

We (family of four) had two rooms here for one night as a stopover on our way down to Los Angeles from Northern California. It was ore than adequate for our needs - clean, comfortable, all the facilities we needed and friendly staff.

Very good location, right in the downtown center. Plenty of parking options available around. (I would recommend to use Parking 5 which is close by and about 10$ per day) Big room and bathroom, with all the ammenities included. Room was clean and modern decorated, all the furniture looked as good as new. Has its own bar (open till late) with happy hours to try local selection of wine and food.

Nice find on our journey on highway 101. Hotel smelt lovely and fresh when we arrived. Reception staff were friendly. Rooms were a good size and were clean. Hot water for tea accessible at all times. Not far from historic town. Plenty of places to eat nearby

Room was lovely and had a great entrance nook we could use as a quiet reading space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance for lots of good eating options and good coffee just across the road.
