Perfect location to walk to restaurants and close by the wineries and small charming towns. Nearby Mexican restaurant next door had tasty food. Local bar next door was also very good food and beer. We visitid Charles Schultz museum and learned a lot about SNOOPY's creator. Something we hadn't planned in advance or knew about. Being a snoopy fan as a child it was very cool and is recommended for families.
Clean rooms and amazingly soft sheets.
Breakfast was better than other continental breakfast, but nothing super fancy. Good coffee. Beautiful hotel, and lobby to have breakfast with nice music in the background.
The only downside of the hotel experience for us that our room had a view of a brick wall of next building a few feet away, and a little bit small but overall very nice and clean. Also had soft robes provided. Stayed 2 nights.

This was my first trip to Santa Rosa.
This was my first trip to Santa Rosa. The beautiful pine trees were unexpected in the scenery. I loved the proximity to get to winery's, but just the overall feel of the city was truly beautiful.

Best Airport ever!
Best Airport ever! But I don't know if I'd like to return to Santa Rosa for vacation purposes. I stayed in Santa Rosa for less than 24 hours during a heat wave, so my review is based on that context. From the very little that I saw of Santa Rosa, it looks like it's spread out and car-accessible. Going from point A to point B isn't walkable. Out of the 4 Uber rides that I took, 2 were problematic to the point that I wasn't able to follow my itinerary ( 1 driver got lost trying to find a State Park ). I hated that experience but Uber eventually refunded the ride after I complained a lot. But more than that I was incredibly disappointed not to have been able to look at the obsidian at the park.
I also had to go to the post office, and that was more horrible than usual. Besides that, I was only able to go to the California Indian Museum. It was very informative, but don't expect fancy exhibits. It was too hot to go anywhere else and I didn't really want to take more Uber rides, so I ate at Masala Express next to the hotel. The server was grumpy, but best Indian food ever!

There was so much to see and do around town, highly recommend visiting the Charles M Schultz museum, there was so much we learned about him and his contributions to the community.
There's plenty of options for restaurants, you can find everything from bbq to fine dining. Plenty of wineries within an easy drive of our hotel.

I know the hotel well.
I know the hotel well. I was born and raised in Santa Rosa and it's a good hotel just not that good of a neighborhood. It's comfortable there, it's good for the money. Staff is friendly.

This once-quaint city is littered with parking meters and aggressive ticketing. Charging our EV at City-owned stations was almost impossible as two out of three were broken and the third one was ADA parking only. The fourth one was old and slow. If staying in Santa Rosa, avoid the downtown area if you can. If driving an EV, avoid the level 2 chargers and using only the better (costly) DC fast ones. You'll have more time to enjoy.

Very good location, right in the downtown center. Plenty of parking options available around. (I would recommend to use Parking 5 which is close by and about 10$ per day)
Big room and bathroom, with all the ammenities included. Room was clean and modern decorated, all the furniture looked as good as new.
Has its own bar (open till late) with happy hours to try local selection of wine and food.
