The receptionist Tanya was amazing as usual. My second time staying and she is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are Standard. One thing I love is that it is clean and pleasant to be in. Was only there 1 night and loved it. Would definitely book again.

I stay at inexpensive locations when I travel. I'm not out to experience "the hotel" I'm there in that location to visit locations and see attractions. All I expect is that the staff is pleasant, the place is clean, bug free, and that all the amenities work. If the hotel meets that basic requirement, I give them a good review.

Customer service and the cleanliness

The motel is very clean . The rooms were very nice and a good size. The staff was very nice. The only thing we DIDN'T LIKE WAS LOCATION! NOT BECAUSE IT'S NOT CLOSE TO ANYTHING, BUT BECAUSE OF THE SURROUNDING AREA. IT'S NOT A VERY SAFE AREA! Even A Police officer said we should go to another area to eat and do things. When we asked about restaurants. He said that the area was not the safest to be in.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted warmly by Aaru and it was absolutely kind to offer me an early room to avoid waiting until the afternoon to get into my room. Also, the location was ideal to stay outside of Savannah but still closeby to explore the city. The breakfast was plentiful and helpful to start the day.

The location was perfect, The room was nice and the bed was really soft. The view from my room was awesome. i had the atrium view but i could still see the river. i loved the spa experience, i just wish they served champagne, The food was ok. The amenities were nice too.

Very clean and wonderful service

The location is excellent to enjoy a short stay in Savannah. We just walked across the street to get the Old Town Trolley tour and use the visitors center. Also within walking distance to the SCAD Art Museum. The hotel restaurant and bar was convenient and good on the night we checked in late in the evening. The staff at check in and the valet parking attendant were very helpful. The room was large, clean and nicely appointed. Its was a delightful 2 nights stay.

Love how fresh and clean it was and how good it smelled all throughout the hotel. Loved the staff and the customer service and loved the vibe and style of the hotel ❤️

King room with river view and balcony was great. awesome views of the river, enjoyed the managers reception in the evening. The Broken Keel restaurant was nice, just a few floors down. They left champagne and chocolate for our anniversary. Would definitely stay here again. Side note we paid 37 dollars for 3 nights in the parking garage across the street instead of the 50 dollar a day to valet.

This was a fabulous hotel and way better than I imagined it would be. So glad we didn’t stay closer to River/Bay STreet as that area was dirty and smelly. This hotel was in a great location, clean and felt safe around the area.

Beautiful historic property, close to many sights. The hotel had a fabulous historian speaker who spoke about the history of the Marshall House.

Location was great room was wonderful. We had a balcony on our room, which was really a gift and a treat. Easy access to everything in Savannah.

The breakfast offered a good variety, the common areas were well maintained, and the overall environment felt calm, organized, and inviting. As someone who values thoughtful experiences, I believe great hospitality is about creating spaces where people feel comfortable, supported, and welcomed. SpringHill Suites delivered exactly that. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah.
