The location of the property was excellent. The monorail to connect to the space needle was just next door. The main shops are all within the neighbourhood. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

Modern hotel at a great location. Room is compact but equipped with the latest technologies. Slept very well and enjoyed the room view. I also liked that you can pick your own floor and view upon check-in. Would stay again and try a Citizen M hotel in another city.

Great location, friendly staff and funky art Deco styling. Rooftop bar was awesome but shame the $15 gratuitous drink voucher was added onto the bill as a convenience fee.

FAQs about hotels in Seattle

The Emerald City

Nicknamed the Emerald City due to its lush greenery, Seattle is best known for its great waterfront, fantastic skyline and infamous rainy weather. In reality though, the city gets less rain a year than New York or Atlanta!

One look at Seattle’s skyline and you’re immediately drawn to its most iconic building, the Space Needle. Standing proudly at 184 metres, this major landmark features a rotating restaurant at 150 metres and was featured on numerous films and TV shows, including the classic "Sleepless in Seattle".

The Needle stands not far from the popular Pike Place Market, a public farmer’s market selling fresh produce and crafts from local farms and independent merchants. It’s also a place where Starbucks Corporation was founded in 1971, and today you can enjoy a cup of coffee in their original store! Seattle has many popular parks and, thanks to its mild marine climate, is a great place for outdoor activities. A visit to Kerry Park to admire the best view of the city with Mt. Rainier in the background is a must!

Arriving at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, you’re only about 35 minutes from the centre of the city and whether you’re looking for a hotel with free parking or near the airport, Booking.com offers a great choice for your Seattle trip.

Seattle is a vibrant city with much to do.

Seattle is a vibrant city with much to do. We went to a concert at T-Mobile stadium, enjoyed an improv show at The Neptune Theatre near the University of Washington, did the touristy things (Space Needle, Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle Aquarium, Pacific Science Center, Chihuly Garden and Glass), visited the Seattle Pinball Museum, spent half a day at Discovery Park, went up to Anacortes for whale watching (saw orcas and a humpback), went on a day trip to Leavenworth enjoying the drive through the Cascades. Every day we had great coffee, breakfast, surprisingly good Mexican food, superb seafood... only wish we had more than the week to explore more.

    Parking is terrible.

Parking is terrible. It is stupid to have to pay every place you have to park. And it gets really expensive. The only free place was the hotel. Thank goodness for that. Plus it takes forever to get around the city. It is very beautiful with a lot of outdoor activities. That was nice. The people were very friendly. I appreciated that.

Seattle was beautiful and had so much history.

Seattle was beautiful and had so much history. Also very modern and tech savvy. There were beautiful flowers and all sorts of trees and shrubs all over and Seattle appears to take pride in their cleanliness. I would have liked to spend more time at the Pike Market. Huge place and cool stuff and food! I wouldn't want to travel to airport in a holiday weekend again. Uber drivers were prompt and courteous.

Seattle is a beautiful city, there's a lot to do. There are more than enough museums to keep your busy for a week and plenty of parks and hiking spots, not to mention two national park. On the negative side, you do see a lot of homelessness and drugs are very visable in the downtown areas.

Seattle is a great place to visit. Our family enjoyed the access to parks, hiking, and biking. We enjoyed places like Pike Place Market, Chihuly Gardens, and others. There are many options to meet all expectations. Riding the train is easy.

Had dinner in the restaurant one evening during our 2 night stay. Young waitress was wonderful despite bar/restaurant obviously being understaffed. Location is walking distance to Angle lake train station for access to downtown. Hotel has an airport shuttle. Disregarding the issues we had. The hotel is fine for an overnight transit stay which is their market.

My go-to hotel when visiting Seattle. Staff is beyond lovely, and location is amazing. Plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, and main attractions like the Space Needle and the Pop Culture Museum are only a short 10 min walk away. The monorail is also a 10 minute walk away and gets you downtown in 5 min.
