Location, pool and Luis from the reception was excellent! We arrived a little earlier than the check in time and wanted to drop our bags but Luis could accommodate us. What a nice token.

Beautiful location, room was gorgeous and clean, amenities were very nice. The location was perfect for what we needed, and we also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee the next morning. We found this hotel at a phenomenal price, which was great, but not sure it would be completely worth it at its full price, since it's on the pricier side.

FAQs about hotels in Seattle

The Emerald City

Nicknamed the Emerald City due to its lush greenery, Seattle is best known for its great waterfront, fantastic skyline and infamous rainy weather. In reality though, the city gets less rain a year than New York or Atlanta!

One look at Seattle’s skyline and you’re immediately drawn to the iconic Space Needle. Standing proudly at 600 feet, this major landmark features a rotating restaurant at 490 feet and has been featured in numerous films and TV shows, including the classic "Sleepless in Seattle."

The Needle isn't far from the popular Pike Place Market, a public farmer’s market selling fresh produce and crafts from local farms and independent merchants. It’s also the place where the Starbucks Corporation was founded in 1971. Enjoy a cup of coffee in their original store! Seattle has many popular parks and, thanks to its mild marine climate, is a great place for outdoor activities. A visit to Kerry Park to admire the best view of the city with Mt. Rainier in the background is a must!

Arriving at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, you’re only about 35 minutes from downtown and whether you’re looking for a hotel with free parking or near the airport, Booking.com has a great choice for your Seattle trip.

I have travelled the world, have homes in California and Costa Rica as well as here near Kingston, WA. Seattle is my favorite major city in the world., blending both Native American themes, which seem to be infused into everything, especially their sports teams, while at the same time honoring the Europeans who explored and colonized the territory, but with mutual respect and appreciation. The city gets its name from a great Chieftain, and the main bay for an English explorer. Amazing sights, outstanding restaurants, endless recreational and educational activities, but what I appreciate the most about the city, is the friendly, relaxed and inclusive attitude of its residents, and it seems to get better and better each time I visit.

Given I was there during record rainfall meant I was unable to travel into the hills due to flooding, so restricted to downtown mostly. Enjoyed the 2 observation decks and other standard tourist attractions and the waterfront area appears much improved judging by photos. Worth the ferry trip across to Bainbridge island for something out of town

Seattle has gotten very expensive in recent years.

Seattle has gotten very expensive in recent years. Expect to pay $25 for a casual meal and $4-$5 for a taco before sales tax. Gasoline is also $1/gallon more than in Portland. It is worth visiting at least once but the cost of things makes it a little uncomfortable.

Really like Seattle and love seeing the Seahawks play.

Really like Seattle and love seeing the Seahawks play. The one downside is that it has become quite pricey. Simple meals seemed very expensive with many restaurants charging a 3-4 percent fee on top of your bill and tip just for eating there. Seems a little ridiculous as the meal prices were already on the higher side.

I loved the city.

I loved the city. The vibe and the people were amazing, and I felt incredibly safe the entire time I was there. The transportation—buses, trains, and ferries—was excellent: quick, convenient, and easy to use. My one recommendation is to make time to get outside the city and explore the surrounding nature. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to do that this trip, but I was in awe of Mount Rainier and the Olympic Mountains even from afar. I can’t wait to go back, rent a car, and truly adventure out into the surrounding natural areas.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, which is close to the convention center and some great restaurants. There were bus stations close by and the monorail was a 5 minute walk away. The room was really big with a large bathroom, equipped with lots of amenities. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker and a safe, as well as a small desk and chair. The staff were very nice and helped us with many of our questions, even those unrelated to the hotle - we got some great restaurant recommendations and help with public transport.

Good location for easy access to train to airport, Pike Place market and waterfront. Check in was quick and staff helpfully allowed early access to room which was much appreciated after long flight.
