Great location as trails start basically from the door and you can look at the sunset from the viewpoint. Nice gardens and the excellent restaurant at the airport (for private small planes, no noise issues) is just 100m away

Location just outside Sedona but only short distance by car to get to the trails & downtown. Rooms are very spacious and ours (2nd floor facing mountains) seemed to be recently refreshed (updated). Breakfast was also very good like service you would get in a restaurant.

We lived in Sedona many years ago and it's nice to see that...

We lived in Sedona many years ago and it's nice to see that aside from some additional traffic it still feels magical. For easy hikes with great views try Airport Road. For an amazing breakfast skip the tourist spot and head up to Mesa Grill at the Sedona Airport. The service was great and the food was exceptional. Everything looked fresh and gourmet. This was a real highlight of the trip. Try the Hideaway for an amazing lunch or dinner. Great food at reasonable prices with beautiful views. There's a local spot that features 101 omelettes. I would skip it to be honest. Everything we ordered tasted like it came from a box or can. Not a good experience at all. If you have the time and can get in, make reservations to eat at Ti Gavo at the Enchantment Resort. Great food, service and an unbeatable view of the red rocks in Boynton Canyon.

We started our visit with a ride on the Verde Canyon railroad in Clarkdale, which was a fantastic excursion. There were a lot of things to do in Sedona (many yet to be discovered) and It is a short distance from Jerome and Cottonwood, as well as Verde Valley wineries.

Sedona has definitely changed.

Sedona has definitely changed. Each store has all the same merch you can tell they ordered from the same places. Really hard to find just a normal cup of coffee to sip and enjoy while you just window shop. It's like everyone is there for a photoshoot as opposed to enjoying the unique nature and spiritual culture. Everything in every shop is priced exactly the same. Same stones, Same Prices, Same things repeated over and over. A lot of Heart is missing. I'm an AZ Native and grew up visiting Sedona for the last 40 years. I was sad taking my daughter for the first time.

Great place to visit.

Great place to visit. Tlaquepaque is so pretty with great art and boutiques. We took the Bliss winery tour on a Monday and it was spectacular. Adam, our driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining and so helpful. The wineries were good and we bought several bottles of wine. We also went to the New Age center and had our fortunes and life paths told. It was a lot of fun. Getting around was easy as there is one main highway .

Beautiful weather, food, and sights!

Beautiful weather, food, and sights! We were only there 2 nights; did sightseeing and hiking on Day one, played golf on our second day at Oakcreek--lush, green and with amazing views from many holes. The food was good there too! Wish we had more time in Sedona, we will be back!

It was a really incredible place!

It was a really incredible place! Lots of everything that we loved to do! The restaurants were good but expensive, but there was a Whole Foods so we shopped there also. We went for several hikes and the shops were great for presents and souvenirs. There was a crystal bowl shop that was extraordinary! And I signed my husband and I up for a sound bath that was definitely one of the most memorable experiences ever! Even my husband loved it! Visited Javalina Winery that was excellent. There wasn’t a wine that I didn’t like but some I liked more!

Stunning view - the best in town. We felt very lucky to be able to enjoy the glorious sunset from a prime spot exclusive to hotel guests. The gardens are beautiful and very welcoming with lots of comfortable garden furniture. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The complimentary coffee and delicious cookies in the lobby were appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend Sky Ranch Lodge.

The Sedona location is prime. The size of the resort does not compare to most Marriott resorts. The amenities are nice, but should be for the value we hope to receive. The Marriott does it all better. Daily activities that include movies and bingo by the pool and mariachi and margaritas and kids club. Bicycle rentals, I could go on.
