The rooms desperately needed upgrading. There was red marks on the walls. The curtains were filthy and stained and ripped in several places. The toilet leaked on the bathroom floor, the air con unit was coming off the wall and so noisy I had to turn it off to sleep. The swipe keys kept failing and we had to get them reset several times during our stay.
