In particular, an employee named Haley met all my needs and guided me kindly. The room I was initially assigned had a bad smell, so I asked for another room, and she assigned me a room in good condition. The housekeepers were also friendly. It was great to spend time with my family at the pool, and the balcony was good for air circulation.
