Fabulous Service! And a birds-eye view of New Year Fireworks! I had a difficult work deadline, and the Front Desk Manager got me into a quiet room where I could work and enjoy my New Year's Eve. The restaurant staff made sure I was set with a yummy dinner AND a nice bottle of wine. The bed was super cozy. I plan to make this my work place for future escapes!

The place is absolutely stunning. Peacock bar was really cool. Food was delicious. Showers were huge and bed and towels were awesome. Staff even held my peacock mug for me when I had to go to the concert. Within walking distance to the Knitting Factory.

The rooms were spacious, the shower was awesome and the staff were so nice. We went in the wrong way for parking and the valet was super sweet about it

I loved how I first walked in to this gorgeous vintage looking lobby that was so cozy and so comfortable and away from the chaos of the original Davenport across the street. And I was immediately greeted by the wonderful reception person and they offered me champagne and I enjoyed my little glass as I sat by the fireplace. Everything was just gorgeous! And the service was so Above and beyond.

I like the new rooms very clean the personal very professionally

It was perfect for a concert was at the kitting factory downtown Spokane we took an Uber and it was maybe 45 minutes away from downtown and our Uber cost five or six dollars

Location close to the pet hospital where my dog needed to be. I liked that the best western plus was friendly and the staff all interacted with the guests and their fur babies. The facility was a very clean comfortable pet friendly place . Tania went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. The housekeeper was very quick and helpful with our room swap. The young man in the kitchen allowed us to enjoy our breakfast even though the breakfast just ended. Our two day stay was very nice due to all the staff accommodating to our needs. Thank you all so much. We will be staying there again in the future.

Close to trails downtown, easy to get to, pool, gym and eating area down stairs.
