My reservation could not be found so I was charged more on arrival. i could not understand the clerk because of her heavy Indian accent, she gave me a key to the door which did not work and was told "you have to push the door hard" so I went back up and desperately tried to open it (at 4:30am) when a very angry voice inside yelled "You have the wrong room"!! The old air conditioner vibrated so badly the vibration in the pillow prevented any rest. During the wedding the next day I was so tired I had to opt out of the reception where I was supposed to play guitar with the bride as she was one of my music students years ago. The Thermostat was not working and complained to Antoine and he mentioned that no maintenance person is available, he should have noted . Next morning I requested to Timothy to talk to the manager but he said no management is available and should have made a note . The was very dissatisfied with Hampton inn at Stanford , Texas . It was the worst I have ever seen and would suggest condemning them. Worst stay ever 😞 broken Glass on bathroom floor the bath room door had been kicked in and wouldn't stay shut filthy dirty conditions right down to the refrigerator and microwave shower and tub along with no toiletries!Guest review byTamaraUnited States
