One of the nicest places I've ever stayed... Booked this based on location and price was good but i could not fault it in anyway. Breakfast delicious and fresh every morning, pool clean, staff amazing, room spotless, such a quiet peaceful area, ample parking, the list goes on and on but super happy with my stay... 6 great days there and I will certainly be back!! ☘️🙌🥰 Oh and a really nice relaxing lobby area, great gym and a food/accessories shop for the essentials in the hotel... 5*

    It was an okay area.

    It was an okay area. I didn't have much of a chance to explore what it offered. If we had more time, we would have gone into Chicago. We went to Taco Bell and were shocked when our bill was over $30 for 6 tacos and a drink. Nice place tp stay if just passing through.

    The bed was very comfortable and the linens were good. The room was small; one queen size bed but pleasant. It had a nice size refrigerator plus a microwave. The only negative was the desk chair-I couldn't adjust it and the vinyl was peeling.

    We are former Illinoisans, so we are very familiar with the Tinley Park, Orland Park area. There are tons of great restaurants within a few minutes' drive and every kind of shopping is also nearby.

    The area was great, customer service was great.

    The area was great, customer service was great. It's just that the bathroom had a faint smell of urine. It was clean, but I could smell the urine as if it was in the baseboards or something. Otherwise it was ok.

    Hated the place why don’t the post on the website that there is a 25 dollar dog fee! The worse pillows you could sleep on!!! Don’t stay there it’s a dump! Loud rooms , you could hear other guests must have paper thin walls don’t stay there like I said it’s a dump!

    The staff was friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a full buffet with hot eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, make to order pancakes....as well as regular fare like cold cereal, bagels, toast, juices and coffee. Plenty of free parking, which is always appreciated! Nice hotel - this is our second time staying here and we will choose this hotel again for future visits.
