The room was clean. There was a full refrigerator, a two burner flat cooktop and a microwave in the room.
It felt secure. You needed to use your key to badge into the inside hallway from the rear doors, side doors and the lobby. The people at the front desk were pleasant and informative.

Since this is close to D.C., prices are higher, but that can't be helped. The motel was basically OK. The room was large, had a working fridge and microwave. WiFi also worked well but took a while to figure out how to get it going. Breakfast was available. Rooms are accessed through the lobby, which is more secure. However, I was appalled to see that the bathroom counter was dirty when I wiped it down with tissues and Lysol. If you need a place near DC that's relatively less expensive, this one is OK, but you might want to bring a can of Lysol and wipe down surfaces to make sure they are clean and disinfected. I do that in EVERY motel anyway and recommend it. It was difficult to find the street (Inn St.) on which this motel is located, so you might want to arrive before dark if possible.

We came to visit our son at MSG school and this hotel was the perfect location. It was very conveniently located and the staff went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. It was clean, quiet, and affordable. If we ever had to come back to the base, would certainly stay again.
The hotel was immaculate.. it was well placed right off of 95 easy on easy off.. but the most important was Amrich.. The proprietor.. our vehicle was involved in an accident.. he offered to drive us to a car rental.. he allowed us to stay past 11:00 as we were trying to resolve issues related to my damaged vehicle.. what an extraordinary man.. I will never forget his kindness,. We were 200 miles from home.. and he made us feel so safe and welcome..
the room had a nice sliding glass door to go out back if you needed to smoke or just wanted to go outside. They also served a nice hot breakfast and not a bag of food like other current hotels.
