I actually loved the old downtown area and found a great place to have dinner near the center of town. I was quite surprised and pleased. Vacavill was charming and I enjoyed myself immensly. I felt safe walking around in the evening by myself. I would return for another visit, however I will not be staying at the Best Western. That was the worst part of my trip. I did not bother taking photos but should have to show the grossness of the facility.

Parking was a breeze. Check in was easy.
Parking was a breeze. Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, and much more. Everything tasted great. The only downside during our stay was the renovation that is currently going on just beyond the check in desk. With that said, we never heard any noise from the workers and the area was kept clean.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt House! The breakfast was a standout, with made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit. The cafe food was tasty as well. The hotel appeared to be pretty new; the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
