The front staff girls were nice. room was dirty. other people's hair on the bed's sheets. loud screamers right outside our 2nd-floor window at 1:00 am till about 4:00 am. a lot of shady characters near and on the property. didn't feel my van was safe there. would recommend they hire at least 2 security guards for foot patrol overnight. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Vera - 2.0Scored 2.0

It felt unsafe with questionable people creepily observing our moves as we parked and walked in to have the key card not work. There were many bugs in the bathroom and bathtub. The mattress had bloodstains and other questionable stains. All of it was very uneasy, and disgusting. We ate dinner at Panda Express and breakfast at a little local diner. I wish I could remember the name of it because the diner was delicious!! And everybody was so kind and helpful during my stay there and I really appreciate it The rooms are really clean and updated and relaxing. I was traveling alone and felt very safe there they have security guard there in cameras just a very nice place to stay I'd recommend it yes five stars

They suggested a few activities close by and offered to call me when a room was available. They let me hang out in the lobby for an hour while I waited. I was able to check in about 30 mins early. Even after my roommates used it , the bath/shower was cleaner than other hotels, (which is very sad). I brought my dog and the staff was very friendly. The beds were clean and fresh. Lots of pillows. The breakfast was amazing! It was really cool that inside one of the cabinets instead of shelves there were racks. With the room numbers had neat pictures as well so you can remember where your room is better. Mine had a map of Colorado. The theme is nautical.
