The breakfast was standard La Quinta fare. The person stocking the offerings did an excellent job making sure all options were well stocked. The breakfast area was well-appointed and comfortable.

Arrived at 2 in the morning. Moved our room from the 2nd floor to the first floor; my wife had a badly sprained ankle and couldn't climb stairs. Staff was exceptionally accommodating for extra towels and extra pillows. Rooms were large, clean and satisfactory in every way. No breakfast, but I knew that when I made the reservation. We would definitely stay there again.

This location was convenient for the event we were attending at the Metal Museum in Memphis, a visit to the National Civil Rights Museum, and a walking tour of Beale Street. It was about a ten minute drive.
We ate at Margaritas across the interstate from the hotel and enjoyed
the meal.

The "not-so-great" is that we requested linens for the pull-out couch and the clerk said we could come get it. I was already in my pjs so we did without and my grandson took pillowcases off the extra pillows and made a "blanket" out of that.
Otherwise, the room was clean, spacious, and adequate. The breakfast area was large, well-equipped, and the food was fresh and hot.

They will make you feel less than a human.
They will make you feel less than a human. They do not like people from Memphis, Tennessee. If you had a long trip and you are tired they will not let you stay there if you are from Memphis, Tennessee they told us we not allowed or welcomed to be on their property but they allow us to book the hotel we was very tired and needed rest. In so many words they was like we hate you people and that was the first time we ever met ????? It was a very sad experience.

West Memphis is a great growing small town.
West Memphis is a great growing small town. The restaurants are have good food and great service. I like the fact that there is a variety of places to eat in close proximity of the different places to stay!
Colton's Steakhouse is one of my favorite places for steak and Seafood Shack which is relatively new is wonderful for all types of seafood. The Red Snapper is delicious!

THE ROOM WAS GREAT, AND STAFF WAS HELPFUL, THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN. WE WAS VISTING A COVENTION AND THE LOCATION WAS NOT TO FAR FROM IT. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME STAYING AT HOLIDAY INN AND IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR US. THANK YOU FOR EVERTHING .
New hotel right off the interstate. Plenty of restaurants located around the hotel so we didn't have to go far. One thing we didn't realize when we booked was that West Memphis was in Arkansas. We chose this area so we were ready to head north on the interstate in the morning vs driving through Memphis morning rush hour which was perfect. We felt very safe staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed talking to the breakfast lady who was very upbeat. Highly recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was bad eggs with rotten breakfast space was very nasty could have been cleaner the rooms was not what we was told I had 6 adults and 2 children they said the 2 rooms would be enough space but it was not there was lots of spiders inside the rooms little red lizards crawling in the halls the worst hotel stay ever I would not recommend anyone to stay there they need to upgrade remodel something I need to be refunded for my entire stay they wouldn't let me cancel for free tried to charge the full rates to cancel
This hotel was really expensive to book for the night. The lady at the front desk wasn’t super pleasant and even though they knew we needed sheets for the sofa bed they didn’t offer them until we called and had to go back down and wait a while. Then we only got one flat sheet. There is also no ac in the hallways so it was a very warm walk to our room. Room was fine and breakfast was awesome. Overall ok but for over $200 for one night the bedding situation should have been much better.
The room was clean and okay but the sink was cracked in half. Went down to breakfast and there was only one waffle maker for 10 people, one kids cereal and one adults cereal, white bread and mini cinnamon rolls. The juice machine gave out slightly flavored water. For a room that charged over $100, we left and ate our breakfast out, never to return to this hotel.
Very very clean. Nice big room with loveseat. Fresh paint. New bedspread. No cover-up scents.
Not fancy but a great place to get a good night's sleep.
Great value - I had a really nice breakfast with money saved on hotel bill! No breakfast there, but there is a coffee pot, microwave and fridge.
For a hotel on I-40, this one exceeded expectations. The bed was super comfortable. Check-in was very friendly and efficient. Hotel restaurant staff were super friendly and food was delicious. Breakfast met expectations although there were only a few options.
