I did not get to stay as they falsely stated on booking.com that they were pet friendly. Rudely greeted on arrival after stating I had called earlier in the day. Inferred I was lying and I stated you can look at my phone to prove I CALLED.....no offer to help find another place to stay. RUDE!!!

Actually I live here. I have lived here for 10 years.

Actually I live here. I have lived here for 10 years. Terrible place to live. Terrible neighbors. Lots of rude people driving around in their huge pickups People who have lived here their entire lives and think it is the greatest place. Very limited in terms of variety of shopping and places to eat. Fine to visit or pass through but I cannot recommend moving here to live.

This hotel room was dirty.

This hotel room was dirty. I wrote to management and they said sorry. There was toothpaste on the counter and something smeared on the desktop. Looking pretty discusting. The cleaning staff got a zero on this one. I will not be going back and do not recommend. Some will like it I'm sure but this gal is out.

The staff was friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was decent. But the rooms need upgrading. Non-working hot tub--permanently according to front desk. Photos online do not match the reality. Our heater didn't work at all (they did give us another room). There were large stains on the carpet. Everything looks a little tired. Good location but not worth the $$.

Very nice hotel. Clean. new room. I had limited interaction with the staff - but those I talked to were friendly & helpful. There are several eating options very close by & a Walmart a few minutes away on foot. One thing to keep in mind (and this isn't really about the hotel) - but because of the location in Woodland - I found long wait times to get a Lyft or Uber. A couple of the drivers told me that unless they are coming from or going to the airport - with gas prices so high - they won't drive out to Woodland for a pickup. I always got a ride - but maybe allow yourself extra time if your using ride shares.

Our son and his family live in Woodland and we go there...

Our son and his family live in Woodland and we go there quite frequently. We enjoy the options for dining and also we enjoy the close by access to easy hiking! We also enjoy the downtown with the availability of quite a few different type of ethnic restaurants.

When we entered the room is smell like something is burning. The bathroom is not clean it smells urine on the floor. The area is not safe for guest too many homeless on the parking alot especially at night. Its not safe to get out from the hotel at night to grab some dinner because of the homeless at the parking lot.
