United StatesThe technology in this hotel was amazing. From the way you tapped the door handle to the lit mirror and all the plugs everywhere. The bathroom was so large and had all new fixtures. The bed was so comfy along with the pillows. I went downstairs before we left and have a fresh brewed Starbucks coffee from a machine. They made me a killer breakfast bowl to go for our long drive home.
I will always stay here now!

AbkhaziaI was on the first floor. The parking lot was very well lit!. The desk clerk, an elderly gentleman, was quite endearing the way he made me feel welcome - something about the way he took the time to tell me about what he would be offering for breakfast the next morning.

The city is actually quiet.
The city is actually quiet. It has a lot of homeless people in the surrounding area of the hotel. People gathering and using drugs. They are using the entrance to Macdonald and Dennys restaurant as their meeting point. I personally didn’t feel safe. You have to be cautious about the surroundings.

I did not get to stay as they falsely stated on booking.com...
I did not get to stay as they falsely stated on booking.com that they were pet friendly. Rudely greeted on arrival after stating I had called earlier in the day. Inferred I was lying and I stated you can look at my phone to prove I CALLED.....no offer to help find another place to stay. RUDE!!!

Actually I live here. I have lived here for 10 years. Terrible place to live. Terrible neighbors. Lots of rude people driving around in their huge pickups People who have lived here their entire lives and think it is the greatest place. Very limited in terms of variety of shopping and places to eat. Fine to visit or pass through but I cannot recommend moving here to live.

This hotel room was dirty.
This hotel room was dirty. I wrote to management and they said sorry. There was toothpaste on the counter and something smeared on the desktop. Looking pretty discusting. The cleaning staff got a zero on this one. I will not be going back and do not recommend. Some will like it I'm sure but this gal is out.

The staff was friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was decent. But the rooms need upgrading. Non-working hot tub--permanently according to front desk. Photos online do not match the reality. Our heater didn't work at all (they did give us another room). There were large stains on the carpet. Everything looks a little tired. Good location but not worth the $$.

Very nice hotel. Clean. new room. I had limited interaction with the staff - but those I talked to were friendly & helpful. There are several eating options very close by & a Walmart a few minutes away on foot.
One thing to keep in mind (and this isn't really about the hotel) - but because of the location in Woodland - I found long wait times to get a Lyft or Uber. A couple of the drivers told me that unless they are coming from or going to the airport - with gas prices so high - they won't drive out to Woodland for a pickup. I always got a ride - but maybe allow yourself extra time if your using ride shares.

We were just looking for a place to stay overnight to be near Sac airport for early flight. We didn’t need a place with breakfast since were leaving early. The rate was under $100 so with parking at the airport it was much cheaper than booking a ‘park and fly’ hotel. The front desk staff were great. Room was clean. Great water pressure. Comfortable bed. Smart TV was a nice surprise so I could stream my Netflix account.

The first time we stayed here our power was out and it was big storm and they actually let our dogs stay. It’s a facility where they don’t let animals, but it was a big mess in woodland second time just recently we stayed. It’s because we had a power outage and they gave us parking for free. It was perfect. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Staff was great. Accommodations were great.

The hotel is placed in a perfect location across the freeway shopping mall just next to the hotel is a gas station and retail stores. You can’t get bored get out the walk everything is within walking distance.
