The location and grounds are as beautiful as ever. Removed from beaches and restaurants so you'll need to rental car or use the shuttles. We enjoyed the snorkel tour since we went to snorkel places we couldn't get to using our jeep.

It's hard to explain, but there was a real feeling of comfort here — as if we had arrived at a country house to visit friends, rather than renting a villa for a vacation. Everything was familiar and comfortable, but at the same time, it was much better: spacious, stylish, with a chic kitchen and a huge terrace. A place like this creates the right mood and helps you truly relax.

This is not just accommodation, it's a real experience. From the moment we arrived to the last day, everything was perfect. A luxurious pool, designer furniture, thoughtful lighting. Even the scent in the house was so pleasant that we wanted to stay longer. A very atmospheric place where you feel like you're on vacation even just lying on the sofa.

Remote enough for beautiful relaxation and quiet, but only a 10 minute ferry ride from St John.
Staff were very professional, kind and helpful.
Rob and Tammy were extremely helpful with making our dining reservations, gave great recommendations and made sure we were set up well!
Our daily pool/beach server, Chloe, was a real sweetheart and so was Wilson!
We made lots of friends, they have a great staff there!
Our glamping tent was super cozy and comfortable, with all the luxuries of home. I would stay in one again.
Our view from our back deck was of the Crescent Beach and it was gorgeous.
We had so much fun!

This is a lovely, simple rental apartment near Cruz Bay, but just far enough to be very quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable with a nice bed - room is a bit small and no frills, but has what you need, especially if you plan to be out and about most days. The beach chairs, towels and cooler were so helpful! The views are very nice - though if you are looking to stay in and enjoy the view, I’d recommend trying the Honeymoon or Penthouse suites which are on the upper level and seem to have better views. As the description notes, the Papaya suite has more of a garden view - which was fine for us since we were only really there at night! Communication was also great and quick through messaging - though we didn’t meet anyone on site. Note you will need 4WD for the parking lot.

Almost everything! We absolutely loved it. The screen porch was the reason we chose this and it didn’t disappoint. Large and wonderful with the views and the fans to make it more comfortable. Loved the shower, shampoo dispenser, it was great.
Beds were comfortable. Loved the extras, cooler and beach chairs and washing machine and dryer. (Would have LOVED a portable gazebo or tent for the beach. Many were lacking in shade.)
It was quiet with no worries from neighbors. Not sure if anyone was staying above or in the same complex but didn’t notice either way. Like everyone says the roads are nuts but you get used to it and don’t forget they drive on the left!

Nice property in a great location. We stayed in a one bedroom, two floor villa. It was very nice. We had a beautiful view from our balcony and were a 5 minute walk into Cruz Bay. The pool was nice with a great view. You can rent a Jeep on site and Taxi’s are available in Cruz Bay to take you to most beaches for $8-11 per person each way. Kitchen was very nice to have in the villa.
The trip was good. We all had fun at Maho Bay, Cinnamon Bay, and Mongoose Junction. All the beaches were wonderful. Trunk Bay was always full and we did not find a parking spot, so we did not make it to the beach there.
Starfish Market has all the necessities we needed for meal preps.
Just be very careful and book lodging. There were so many creepies/ crawlies in the apartment we rented.
