The hotel and staff were just lovely. They were so helpful and gave us great advice on what to do around Hoi An, too. Hanna and another lady were sincere and helpful about pricing, tours, taxis, etc. The room was comfortable and clean. You can borrow the bikes for free as well. The buffet breakfast was delish and a lot of food. There were different options every day!! We also did the coconut tour boat with them, including transfers and cost 11 USD each, transfer to and from the hotel, and a free drink included. I would defo come back here!

The room was large, with big windows and a nice bathroom. We were initially going to Cham island next, but changed plans due to typhoon Wutip. The staff easily booked us another two nights in the same room. They also helped us call contacts we had in North Vietnam, without additional fee.

My whole experience at the hanoi uptown hotel was fantastic. Sue on the reception desk was very friendly, spoke good english and was very helpful regarding any bookings or tours i needed.

Staff were amazing, best we've experienced in our travelling! We arrived early and they gave us smoothies and pancakes and let us use the shower facilities as our room wasn't ready yet. They rang us as soon as our room was ready so we could check in. Rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a great selection.

    Had an amazing time at Sunora Villa!

    Had an amazing time at Sunora Villa! The place is cozy, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I even became friends with the lovely owners! The pool was a highlight too, perfect for cooling off and hanging out, especially in the evenings. Definitely planning to come back soon!

    Hoi An Old Town is pretty and quaint but can get very congested with tourists, and all the business that comes with that. I'm glad I stayed in peaceful An Bang and just went into Old Town as I needed to - there is more to Hoi An than the Old Town.

    What an absolutely beautiful place, the architecture of the old town is exactly what I wanted to see, depending how much time you have explore some of the suburbs. On the down side, absolutely filthy place, I wonder what sort of place (actually the whole of Vietnam) is going to be going forward, everything just discarded into the sea and other waterways. I was walking along the waterfront when a local from an upstairs balcony threw a bag of something across the road, almost directly over top into the estuary. God or Buddha please help the Vietnamese are doing to their country, before it’s to late. Still gave it a 10 for the beauty and the lovely people of Vietnam, my poor comments are out of concern.

    Cooking tour was excellent experience- market- basket boat ride (was fun) cook our market ingredients. 3 beautiful dishes. Had a 3 piece suite, 5 shirts, 5 pants tailored great quality at excellent prices. Old city has excellent shops restaurants cafes. Memory theatre was outstanding. Loved Hoi An

    Beautiful hoi a very arty old worldly I loved it ! From the artisan shops to a more chilled vibe this little town was a cool destination to visit. Coconut forest basket boat ride and lanterns on the water and the night markets this town came alive at night

    This was the best accommodation I have stayed in during my Vietnam travels. Dao, the owner is an amazing person who is taking care not only about the cleanliness of the rooms and the whole homestay but she is also very friendly, helpful and beautiful person. At the end, I have extended my stay as I was simply feeling so good there and the location is just perfect. It is located close to the river and beach and you can very easily and cheaply get to the old town by Grab or bike which you can rent at the hostel.

    I had a fantastic stay at the Hoi An Golden Holiday Hotel and Spa! The staff were incredible. They were very friendly and helpful!! The hotel was ideally located for us between the old town and the beach. The pool at the hotel was lovely and the free access to hotel bikes was fantastic. This hotel was definitely my favourite during my time in Vietnam. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Hoi An.

    The Barbados cherry villa is a great hotel in Hoi An. It’s a little bit out of the old town but still within walking distance or a very cheap grab ride in. The hotel and room was lovely with great facilities and the Host Jennie was amazing, so lovely and gave us excellent recommendations for food and things to due during our stay.

    Great location in the heart of the beautiful Tra Que Vegetable Village. Hoi An old town and the beach are easily accessible via Grab Cars that were cheap and always available. The host family were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Bikes were available to use which was a real bonus.
