There is just só much to absolutely love about Whistlewood. The location is perfect. Jane certainly has made this ‘home away from home’ wonderfully comfortable and welcoming. Her attention to detail is what makes the difference. The little touches that make Whistlewood special. The welcoming, farm style kitchen is the perfect place to help oneself to an assortment of delicious fresh goodies which we enjoyed on the verandah since it was a beautiful sunny morning. If it’s a little chilly, breakfast in the dining room is great. Beside the sparkling pool is the perfect spot to relax on a warm day. There is a magnificent fireplace in the sitting room making it a wonderfully cosy place to enjoy one’s book with a steaming cup of coffee. Talking about hot beverages, Jane has a fantastic selection of coffees and teas for every taste. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Our bathroom was very spacious and the shower lovely and hot. Whistlewood grounds have been thoughtfully planned and lovingly maintained and as a result, the garden is a beautiful, peaceful experience. What a little gem. I highly recommend guests to choose Whistlewood for an exceptional experience.

I loved the breakfast options - I also liked that I could order the day before and it was ready at the time I needed it to eat and run - very tasty and well prepared the rooms are very big and loads of space is available
