Staff - Excellent Location - Ideal for walks. No hustle and bustle, quiet. Inside - Old but clean and the flatlet we were still in process of finishing the cupboards. Did not worry us. In total it met our criteria.

Great location with breathtaking scenery. Waking up to the sea-view was just priceless. The property was so clean, with modern furniture, comfortable, and close to convenient stores and tourist attractions. It is home away from home. The host was friendly, portrayed professionalism and was very accommodative.

    We loved the sea view from the Balcony - breathtaking! The Beach was beautiful and close to our apartment. Sandbar Restaurant & Tasca Pizza - good food and excellent service. We highly recommend staying at Cozumel. Can't wait to go back!

    We had an amazing two-night stay at Summer Sunset Villa.

    We had an amazing two-night stay at Summer Sunset Villa. The property was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully designed with a minimalistic touch, making it feel both luxurious and relaxing. The high-end furniture and appliances added to the overall comfort and style of the villa. The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking—especially during sunset. We had a great time using the Big Green Egg for a braai on the first night, though the only downside was that the sides of the grill were a bit moldy. Still, it didn’t take away from the experience. The location is perfect too—just a short walk to the ocean and nearby restaurants, which was very convenient. The kids had a blast in the jacuzzi, and it was a nice way to unwind. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a helper available on weekends. We found ourselves tidying up after every meal, which took away a bit from the overall relaxation. Overall, it was a luxe and peaceful stay, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene escape with stunning views and great amenities.

    It's a peaceful place to be, workable from the building to the beach and have enough restaurants around to grab a bite🤗. There are lot of monkeys around you can't just leave windows open coz they will mess up in the house and steal our belongings 🥺.

    Umdloti is a hidden and sometimes forgotten gem on the North...

    Umdloti is a hidden and sometimes forgotten gem on the North Coast. It may lack some of the shine and glamour of Umhlanga and Ballito but it has character. There is an upmarket shopping centre on the way in with Dischem, Woolies food and some excellent restaurants. We had a great experience at Tightline, but there are other we would have liked to try. The beachfront also has a few, Foam has a nice breakfast vibe. There is no Mr D so you have to walk or drive for food. Umdloti is quite peaceful, usually not too noisy or busy but Umhlanga is less than 10 minutes away, Gateway a little more if you need some shopping and action.

    I think your final questions of my review are a little unfair as it did not have any of the views you asked about, but did have the most stunning and spectacular sea view, overlooking the beach and ocean. The property pool is private on the top level and a real treat...

    We love to go to Umdloti it is our go to beach, We like to visit Tascas they have te best ice cream and the food is amazing La casa nostra has the most amazing food for the pasta lovers. The beach is clean and lovely we go for sunset walks and it is not far from gateway mall Umdloti is amazing and you will get that relaxing escape that you need

    The layout of the apartment was welcoming, convenient and beautiful (I can be compared to a 5 star hotel). The location is perfect and it catered for our every need. The facility provided for all our needs and is user friendly, it was home away from home. The host is extremely helpful and her communication was timeous and efficient. We were under charged for the apartment...10 out 10 for hospitality

    It is situated beyond the developments and has the atmosphere of the old Umdloti of 40 years ago. The management, staff, locals and guests created a homely environment. The breakfast exceeded the best I have had in Europe.
