the breakfast was great, and the location next to a shopping centre was good for tourists.

The staff were great, especially Ernest, and the cleaning crew. Beds were comfortable, mini fridge and safe were nice amenities. The location was super: walkable to East Park, Manda Hill, etc. It was nice to have Orange/Cucumber water available in the entryway at all times, for immediate rehydration. The pizzeria on the grounds is excellent (bravo Gaetano!) I would stay here again, but ask for a quieter room. The price was reasonable for Lusaka. I give it a high rating because I am being picky about my dislikes. Ie. it was fine! :-) .

The room was fantastic... There was a functional Jacuzzi as advertised. Very comfy and clean. Breakfast was sumptuous... Wide variety... My wife and I gorged ourselves on it. I would also like to thank the staff and management who put in extra effort to make our stay special given that it was an anniversary celebration. We appreciated that there was power backup given the fact that there are nationwide power cuts and loadshedding. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I loved the location. The East Park mall was right there. The staff was super friendly and made sure to accommodate anything I needed.

My partner and i stayed for 3 nights all the way from Zimbabwe. Honestly i love all the hospitality we received from the staff. Cynthia, Beaven, Alice and Agness. And the rooms we're always clean and smelling nice. I think the staff there is actually making it way better.

The staff. Especially Blessing the security girl who lives with her grand mum. She is the most receptive staff ever.

The rooms were clean and the staff were kind and helpful. No issues with check-in or checkout. Breakfast was included and good. Some items could be kept warmer. We had dinner 2 nights and the meals were excellent. Only issue for us was the lack of an elevator but ground floor rooms were available.

I arrived 10 pm and I walked alone with the airport trolley to the hotel. It's about 500 metros (10 minutes walk), because there is no straight line. Breakfast very good, staff very kind and helpful, wifi very good...

Breakfast was amazing. The rounds are beautiful and we enjoyed a quiet walk to the brewery restaurant in the evening. Though out of town, the option of restaurants is awesome

The hotel is located at city centre. It's easy to visit Lusaka. The hotel room is clean and bed is comfortable. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

My stay at Infinity 555 Lodge in Lusaka was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and homely atmosphere throughout my visit. Breakfast was satisfying, and I appreciated the flexibility with late checkout as well as the option to use the shared kitchen. The lodge’s location made it convenient to reach nearby attractions, and the overall vibe felt more personal than a typical hotel stay. Infinity 555 Lodge exceeded my expectations with its combination of affordability, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and budget-friendly place to stay in Lusaka.

My overall stay was good. The staff were amazing at every turn even to remembering my tea order in morning and how I like it. I did not use the facilities much except for the dining room and lounge...

The property is located is a great location. It is not too far from the shopping center that’s a very pleasant walk. Each of the staff I encountered were courteous, attentive and excellent.

The service by staff was exceptional. Staff serve you with intention. I was alone but staff made me feel so at home in the hotel. Exquisite service everywhere in the hotel from every member of staff. I am definitely coming back! Thank you

The break fast was exceptional. The room size was a little small but it was exceptional. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and made it feel like a second home. Overall I rate it a solid 10/10!
