Die Unterkunft Condo Kiaraluna bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten 800 m vom Zentrum von Playa del Carmen entfernt und bietet einen Außenpool und eine Terrasse. Alles! Massimo war sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft extrem sauber! Küche gut ausgestattet, Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck und Warmwasser. 10-15 Min zu Fuß bis zum Strand, ca. 7 Min. bis zur 5th Avenue, zu Fuß sehr nahe aber weit genug weg sodass man abends den Lärm nicht hört. Würde immer wieder kommen :)

Location was fantastic, just a half block off 5th Avenue, close to shopping, restaurants and Mamitas beach. The building was very secure and always being cleaned. Rooftop had a great view and good seating. While close to the action on 5th, it was quiet for sleeping.

An amazing experience at this condo. First, I’d like to applaud the outstanding level of communication from the hosts Emilio and Alan. Emilio is never far from the property and responds to inquiries within minutes. The studio condo is huge, new, very well furnished, and although on the first level, it is not ground level. Although located on a busy street the condo is located on the back of the building and hardly any noise at night. The king size bed is very comfortable with lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed. AC and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The rooftop pool was amazing and had a great view of the city and the ocean. There was lots of storage for clothing. The washroom was a nice size with a big shower and good water pressure and temperature. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils needed and lots of pots and pans, blender, kettle and coffee pot as well as some basic essentials. The condo is just a few meters from 5th avenue where you will fine dozens of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. You are a few minutes walk from the beach and a huge supermarket. The balcony is very private and great space to just chill. I enjoyed everything about this condo and looking forward to a return visit. Thanks for a great stay.

Die Unterkunft It Beach Condo, die 1,2 km vom Zentrum in Playa del Carmen und 20 m von Strand Playa del Carmen entfernt gelegen ist, bietet klimatisierte Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einer Terrasse,... The location is unbelievable! it is first line to the amazing PlayDelCarmen beach. We woke up to sunrise every morning. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we felt right at home. Each room has it's own AC and Shower which is great for kids or 2 couples that have different AC needs. The reception was always helpful, and went above and beyond with any request or ask we had. Will definitely come back!

Die Unterkunft Ipana condo unos pasos de 5ta Avenida, die im Zentrum von Playa del Carmen gelegen ist, 700 m von Strand Playa del Carmen und 2 km von Internationale Busbahnhof ADO entfernt, besticht... everything was fantastic. rooftop with 4 awesome pools, complete gym, almost full equipped kitchen, supermarket in same block, everything you need in less than 5 minutes walk. we plan to go next November for 2 weeks before starting winter season (gym, healthy food, sun around pool etc...). we felt like home, all people staying there were nice, staff low profile but really effective. cant wait to be there again
