We are not usually the ones to write reviews but we are however the ones who ready them fanatically and study them carefully. This condo even though didnt have many reviews we took the risk and booked it. I am not going to lie i was a little skeptical at first but once i saw it a was pleasantly surprised. The facilities and how well stocked up with everything seemed more like a hotel experience. Extremely clean and comfortable. Highly highly recommend this place and if we are ever again in the need to stay in nicosia its a definitely now our go to place. Really loved it

The location and apartment is exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. Modern kitchen, bedrooms and the bathroom. It felt more like a high end hotel.

Die Unterkunft Urban Condo 10 - 2 Bdr verfügt über Stadtblick und Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Balkon und einem Wasserkocher, ungefähr 600 m von Ministerium der Finanzen, Nicosia entfernt. Great apartment in the city center of Nicosia. Close to the Solomou Bus station, Ledra Street, and many restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. We stayed here in January, and the AC was great for keeping the apartment warm, and there were also ne problems with the hot water. Izabella from the reception also helped us to store our luggage until our late bus back to Paphos. All in all, great place to stay in Nicosia :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Great parking, close to a shopping center – very convenient for traveling around. Thank you for the warm hospitality and all the small touches – the sweets, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee capsules, and the useful information board on the wall. Although we spent most of the time exploring the island, it was very nice to come back to a calm and welcoming place in the evenings.

Die Unterkunft Tranquil Country Condo besticht durch einen Außenpool in Larnaka und besticht außerdem mit kostenlosem WLAN und einem kostenlosen Privatparkplatz für Gäste, die Auto fahren. The apartment is nice, clean and convenient for short stay, specially for night sleep before departure as it’s 15 minutes drive from the airport. The owners are the most friendly and warm people I’ve ever meet at rentals, they helped me to arrive to the airport when ride taxi driver canceled a trip for unclear reasons .
