Great apartment in the city center of Nicosia. Close to the Solomou Bus station, Ledra Street, and many restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. We stayed here in January, and the AC was great for keeping the apartment warm, and there were also ne problems with the hot water. Izabella from the reception also helped us to store our luggage until our late bus back to Paphos. All in all, great place to stay in Nicosia :)

Amazing place, extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. Quiet area and building. No noisy neighbors. Private underground parking. In kitchen there is everything you need to cook by your own. Dishwasher, microwave, big fridge, a lot of plates, cups, glasses. A lot of space, everything was working perfectly. Owner very kind, polite and respectful to the guests. Amazing experience, probably the best appartment I ever rent in my life. Thank you so much!

The apartment is nice, clean and convenient for short stay, specially for night sleep before departure as it’s 15 minutes drive from the airport. The owners are the most friendly and warm people I’ve ever meet at rentals, they helped me to arrive to the airport when ride taxi driver canceled a trip for unclear reasons .
