Carolina met us at the boat dock and walked us to the property. We talked in spanish which she enjoyed doing. I loved her place. The attention to detail was AWESOME!!!!! She left us a bottle of sparkling wine, flat water and sparkling water, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. The apartment has everything you need for a few days in Venice. The location is perfect near groceries and restaurants.

I cannot imagine a more perfect place for our stay. it is such a large, comfortable space.and Priscilla is a fantastic host. After spending 4 days in Venice, I think the location is the best. Peaceful gondolas gently pass by. I think most tourists don't know about the calmer gondola option, the grande canal ones looked like madness. The shops nearby are lovely and it is close to everything...that's Venice, I guess. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The apartment has many details (bottle of wine, towels, all kind toilet stuff). The best apartment that we visited. Beautiful and clean house. Simply: is a 10! Also Giudecca is very good option for to sleep. Quite area with everything: restaurants, super market and bakery/cofre are around the corner.

Gut gelegen in einer zentralen Gegend von Venedig, bietet die Unterkunft Domus Estia Gartenblick und einen Garten. It was clean , comfortable , good and comfortable beds , fine toilet , hot water , airconditioning , near St Marcos place , Rialto and other squares around. The owner , although we didnt meet him , answered to all our questions and help us a lot. And no smelling at all!!!

Local shop that sell everything 5 mins walk away . Water taxi/buses 5 mins walk away. Bus station 10 mins walk away. Lots of fabulous restaurants on doorstep. Including gluten free pizza 5 mins walk away. The apartment has two bedrooms and is really spacious. It even has a little courtyard to sit out on or is an excellent sun trap with a sunbed or us fantastic to dry washing. We’d come from 4 days in Rome so had lots of laundry. ✔️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
