The facility - all of the rooms have ac. You can set them individually. We got 4 towels, which is enough for the family. The location - walking distance to the beach, 500m if I'm not mistaken. For me, it's ok. Not to near, not to far. My family walked in the morning to the beach. 2 rooms fit 4 people with addition of sofa bed for another. Fits perfectly for 5 max. Distances to our favourite food spot is quite near.
