We received a warm welcome from manager Bris and her mother. The staff and Nii made us feel at home here. The bungalow is very clean, large and comfortable with strong Wifi. The garden is well kept and clean. The vibes are sweet, peaceful and kind. The distance between bungalows gives privacy. At a 5 minutes walk through a garden area with a Japanese restaurant in a romantic setting, you arrive at Klong Prao beach where there are relaxing cocktail bars and restaurants, swim and watch the sunset. The main road offers many restaurants, both delicious streetfood and other options incl. Italian, Korean and Greek. There is a Buddhist Temple across the Seven Eleven. Baan Rim Klong offers the perfect central location to explore Koh Chang by scooter, which Bris rents at a very reasonable price. The Staff is very helpful and extremely kind. Die Unterkunft Ample Forest Khao Sok Farmstay mit Gartenblick in Ban Ya Plong bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten, einer Terrasse, einem Restaurant und einer Bar. Die Unterkunft ist familiär und ruhig - wenn man möchte kann man den ganzen Tag hier verbringen, denn für Bewirtung im Restaurant ist gesorgt. Wir finden das Essen ist besser als alle Lokale im Khao Sok Village zusammen! Einmal wurde die Küche extra länger betrieben, weil wir erst spät von einem Ausflug zurückkamen. Wir bekamen sogar ein Geburtstagsständchen am Geburtstag meines Freundes. Es wird in diesem Betrieb wirklich mit Liebe gearbeitet. Ausserdem haben wir alle Ausflüge über die Unterkunft gebucht: eine Night Safari, eine Trekking Tour untertags und eine Übernachtung am Cheow Lan Lake, bei der wir unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen durften. Alle Ausflüge waren toll und empfehlenswert, auch wenn zur Hauptsaison viel los ist am See, das hat jedoch nichts mit der Unterkunft zutun :) Immer wenn wir einen Transfer benötigten, wurden wir kostenlos zu jeder Zeit gefahren, das war sehr hilfreich, nachdem die Unterkunft nicht am Eingang des Nationalparks liegt. Wir werden die gesamte Familie des Betriebs vermissen und können uns oben Aufenthalt bei ihnen nur jedem empfehlen!

Namm Nathawn is not on the coast line, but inland, in the middle of paddy fields and it really gives a flavour of Thai countryside life. The best bungalows found so far in Thai islands! Very simple and basic, no AC no hot water, but very well built with a super comfy bed and a nice lay out with a porch facing the paddy fields with plenty of grazing buffalos. The bungalows and restaurant are very clean, the food is really nice. The ladies managing the resort are really nice and helpful. The overall atmosphere is very relaxed, great chill out and disconnection.

My family of 4 loved our stay at N&D Pool Villas. Our villa was brand new and very comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious. The hosts are such nice people, always available but never intrusive. Whenever we had any questions, we would just walk to the office and one of them was always there and happy to help. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great, close to everything but on a quiet street. And the Buddhist Temple at the end of the street is really amazing. Ao Nang Beach is less than a 10 minute drive away, and within a 5 minute walk there is a convenience store, a grocery store, as well as cafes and other local restaurants and businesses. The little bar at the office area was a wonderful place to have a drink and socialize at the end of the night while still being close to the family. The hosts really went out their way to make sure we had a wonderful time.
