A very clean and beautiful designed 5 star hotel, the stuff was extremely kind and helpful. It's totally worth a stay here.

The hotel is extremely well located. The area is perfect to walk around, enjoy bars, restaurants, the beach, etc. I got a free upgrade to a big excellent room that had a sitting area, a working area + the bedroom. Beds and pillows are great as well as the bathroom. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are super friendly and professional. I would like to thank Sahed who was exceptionally professional and helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind staff. Every interaction felt genuine, and the hospitality was beyond expectations. The breakfast was outstanding – the selection was amazing, and the team working there were true professionals. The service was impressively fast and efficient, making each morning a delightful experience. Every aspect of the hotel felt well thought out, ensuring that we, as guests, had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay. The gym was fantastic, offering a great workout space with breathtaking views. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Housekeeping was exceptional – extremely attentive and meticulous, ensuring that everything was always spotless and welcoming. A truly special moment was my birthday surprise! The team went above and beyond by surprising me with a cake and a handwritten card in my room. During breakfast, they even brought out another cake with a candle and sang for me – it made me feel incredibly special and appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience. A huge thank you to the front desk team – Maureen, Ashree, and Sulaimar – for making our stay even more wonderful. We have stayed at the One and Only Palm (which was exceptional) and decided to try this new one. They are very different in style and feel. The palm feels like a family home, very personal and comfortable. This one is ultra modern, city vibe with many dining options and nightclub etc but also outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were so impressed by the staff and the amazing property. We had dinner in StreetXO which was great and the breakfast was so good. Not just the usual huge buffet but a combination of A La Carte and buffet which was a very nice touch (no standing waiting for an omelette). We then spent the day at the infinity pool which was perfect (high end beach club feel) Thank you One & Only Za'abeel and staff!
