The staff were very nice especially Frank! The location is very nice as well close to Kuanzhai Alley and the other tourist spots thru a taxi ride or 10 min walk. The rooms were clean and bigger than usual! I also like the traditional vibe of it! There’s a restaurant downstairs as well which seems like the locals like a lot! Wasn’t able to try though! There is no elevator for those who need one but their staff will help carry the luggage which was convenient!

Amazing room. Very clean and very spacious. The beds are super confortable and the room is luxurious. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of interntional and chinese options. The hotel provided us with free transfer from and to the airport. Overall a great stay.

They really work 24/7, anytime we needed help, they were available, answered all our questions, and genuinely helped. The room was nice and neat, not too small, and everything we needed was provided (water, laundry, snacks), beds and bedding were nice, everything worked, it wasn't too noisy. They offered breakfast, which was on point, so we could eat and then go sightseeing (nothing extraordinary, toast, fruits, some local food, but I liked it). The staff was very friendly and spoke good English, so we were able to clarify things and understand the city better. We also took the Mutianyu trip provided by Happy Dragon, which turned out to be a great decision. It was a very nice stay and I really appreciate that you guys made our trip better. Big thanksss

The hotel was very close to Beijing Daxing International Airport. Every 7-15 minutes there is the shuttle between airport and hotel and it takes about 3-4 minutes to get to hotel or airport. The room is clean, staff is helpful.

Happy Dragon Saga Hotel with terrace-- Free wifi with fluent English speaking,Tourist ticket service&food recommendation,Near Tian'AnMen Forbidden City,Wangfujing walking street,Easy to get any tour... The location, staff, room and overall comfort. We reached the hotel very early because of our flight. But the hotel staff very helpful and went out of the way to help and make the whole family comfortable. They provided early check in and made sure the room was comfortable for us. Overall the experience for us was awesome. I would like to thank all the staffs especially Maya, Sandy,Julia for their service. Thank you.
