Located next to Guayaquil’s Metropolitan Cathdral, Grand Hotel Guayaquil, Ascend Hotel Collection features an outdoor swimming pool, gym and a restaurant. We had an early international flight (7 AM) the next day, so we had to leave the hotel at 3:30 AM. They kindly arranged some yummy box breakfasts that helped us get some energy to begin our long journey.
