Everything. Every piece was thought about and intentionally placed. Beds were comfortable, pillow menu a lovely touch. Staff members were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, the house champagne impeccable. The spa was a perfect welcome after a long flight. Truly a gem of a property.

We stayed on the top floor of this adorable castle, in the special town of Viljandi. We loved the ambiance, the champagne upon arrival, the grounds, and the fantastic full breakfast. The spa was special too. Loved this place.

I can't say enough about this hotel, an absolute dream to stay in. The bed and linens were off the highest quality and it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is amazingly quiet- the first time in years I didn't need ear plugs in a hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Helpful, kind, went above and beyond answering every question. And the breakfast! Delicious and varied, what a treat. Don't hesitate to book here!

Modern and cozy Luxury Suite, quality kitchen with all necessary equipment (we're cooking), delicious coffee (capsules), large and comfortable bed, TV with channels (No SmartTV). Responsive and friendly hotel receptionist. Good sauna on the 7th floor with terrace and charming landscape view. The hotel located in a beautiful an quite place. Excellent restaurant on the 1th floor - delicious, prices matches the quality. If we travel to Otepaa again, we will gladly return to this hotel.
