On arriving I was met by Julie and discovered it was the first day they were open and I was the first guest to arrive. The property had a number of separate private rooms and also a shared kitchen/dining/community space Being brand new, it was all very nicely done and had that new feel to everything. Most important, I had a great nights sleep as you don’t get all the corridor noise that you get in a hotel. Lovely place and sure I will be back in the future.

A wonderful stay at the Wellington Arms. The Hayloft room is beautiful, quiet and unique with lounge in the roof. All the little touches are fab from a teapot with tea cosy & turn down service to great shower and lovely lighting. Service are all super efficient and extremely charming. Quick and helpful replies to all my queries prior to staying. Delicious dinner, venison pie and fab full English breakfast with quality ingredients and excellent coffee. Immaculate garden, beautiful in the morning frost. This is so much more than a pub. Many thanks to all.

Everything…remote, quiet, cosy, comfortable

I absolutely loved everything about Louma. The food is outstanding – you can truly taste the freshness of the ingredients. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, and the all-inclusive concept makes the whole experience so effortless, as you don’t have to worry about a thing. The wellness area is incredible, and the gym is even better equipped than my regular one! But what makes Louma truly special is the people and the place itself. It feels magical – with stunning sea views, a calming and friendly atmosphere, and impeccable yet cozy décor. Travelling with a baby, I was deeply impressed by how well-equipped Louma is for families. They provided everything: a baby monitor, crib, bath tub, toiletries, diaper bin, high chair… every detail was thought of. As new parents, it’s such a joy to be able to enjoy a luxury retreat with all the comfort and elegance we love, without compromising on peace of mind or packing endless baby gear. Louma is, without a doubt, one of the best luxury retreats for parents with good taste, who love to enjoy life and share it with their kids.

Our host Emma was warm and friendly and the appointments in the room were excellent. Some nice personal touches. We highly enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We absolutely loved this property!! The room is beautifully designed with quality furnishings and features. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bed linen was crisp, white and extremely comfortable to sleep in. Pillows were great. Location is amazing!! The bathroom was well thought out with a great shower, thick white bath sheets and quality bathroom products. The room featured an exquisite rolled top copper bathtub. It was a wonderful feature of the room even if you don’t use it! Love the window dressings and the ability to open the windows. Speaking of which the view outside the windows is really lovely. Back to the room. As mentioned so very tastefully designed. The exposed stone wall and cabinetry was really beautiful. The complimentary mini bar and snacks were outstanding, best we have ever seen with such a varied and quality offering. Did I mention the ice cream tokens for the ice cream shop which is part of the Hive Cafe? Fabulous and such a kind gesture. The ice cream is outstanding! When we entered the room the radio was on, the heating turned on, it was inviting and cosy. The Hive Cafe across the room is fabulous! The food, the team and the ambiance. Breakfast is also served here and it was really really good. The quality of the Hive Townhouse os boutique and is of the very highest of standards. It is the best accommodation we have stayed in during our 6 weeks of travelling. In fact, we have travelled a lot over the world, I am also a former corporate travel agent who has experienced a lot of different types of accommodation and this one really ticks all the boxes. Lucky Aberaeron to have such a quality offering in their very cute town.

Very good location, very nice atmosphere and really nice people

Everything. Truely a fabulous experience. The hosts K&M were impeccable. Nothing was ever a problem and the knowledge of the area for recommendations were spot on. Rooms decorated to a high modern standard and the pool area was lush! Breakfast was made to order and delicious! Will be recomending to everyone going that direction. We were super impressed!!
