The place is located in an amazing scenic spot. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. Very comfortable. The living room is very cozy . The service and the hospitality is amazing!

Wonderful boutique hotel and amazing stuff. Martine and the team welcomed us and took care of everything we asked for. The breakfast is amazing too, very rich and served in your room, to eat on the balcony with a spectacular view of the sea and the mountains. Totally recommend this hotel for couples vacation.

We had a great time at Casaly Hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, but the real stars were the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us happy, whether it was helping us plan tours or taking care of us during breakfast every morning. One thing that really stood out was when I asked for a matcha latte at breakfast. The staff made sure they had it ready the next day — and every day after that. It ended up being one of the best matcha lattes I’ve had! The breakfast variety changed daily and was always fresh and delicious. What made our stay truly special was how attentive and welcoming the team was. They always greeted us with a smile and paid attention to every small detail. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

From the moment we arrived, we knew our stay at KLOSTRA was going to be something special. Dimitri, the owner, welcomed us with the warmest smile, refreshing cocktails, and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. He spent time sitting with us, sharing stories and recommendations about the island, which set the tone for the entire experience. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed — from the beautiful natural materials and decor that blend perfectly with the Santorini landscape, to the peaceful atmosphere that feels like a private escape from the crowds. While only about 15 minutes from the busy energy of Oia, the hotel feels like a world entirely of its own. Our room overlooked breathtaking views, and the tranquility was simply perfect. Breakfast each morning was freshly made to order and delicious. The charming village of Finikia added even more magic to our stay, especially with its adorable cats wandering through the quiet streets. What truly makes this property exceptional, however, is the level of personal care and service. Stella at the front desk was always available with a smile, helping us with everything from dinner reservations and airport transfers to our daily coffees. Johnmel was equally kind and helpful, always greeting us warmly and assisting with our luggage. One of the most touching moments came on our final evening when Dimitri personally delivered two glasses of delicious rosé for us to enjoy while watching the sunset. Since we had an early departure and would miss breakfast, the staff also surprised us with beautifully prepared breakfast boxes to take with us — such a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects the care they put into every guest experience. By the end of our stay, we didn’t feel like we were leaving a hotel — we felt like we were saying goodbye to friends. Efharisto for an unforgettable stay. We will absolutely be back.

Most beautiful hotel in the most beautiful city! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional and the location ideal. I cannot imagine a more luxurious and aesthetically pleasing place to spend two nights in Chania. I am already dreaming of returning.
