We thoroughly enjoyed our two recent stays at the Mondrian. The rooms were in top shape and very well thought out, with excellent lighting and cutting-edge features, like the window and lighting controls. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rainforest shower in the bathroom very relaxing. The splendid view of the harbor and skyline was an added plus on both occasions. Above all, we were impressed by the dedication, friendliness and personal approach of all the staff we dealt with; what a delight! In particular, the duty manager provided excellent advice and came up with a nice birthday surprise for my partner. We have travelled a lot and stayed at nice hotels all over the world, but we would rank the Hongkong Mondrian among the top.

The rooms are modern, spacious, clean with amazing views, meeting all of the expectations of the St. Regis brand. Location was great to experience the harbor and central, and the amenities were exceptional (especially the bar!). Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars!

Directly connected to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and a 5-8 minute walk from Exhibition Centre MTR Station and Star Ferry Pier, the luxurious Grand Hyatt Hong Kong offers a... The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. Very impressed with their service !

The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... I love how organize and spacious the hotel. The location is very great as well. The staffs are friendly and super helpful in any way. Big thanks also to Edith who assisted us in checking-in. She’s very professional and friendly, very easy to converse and answers our questions clearly. We really enjoyed our stay.
