The room is absolutely beautiful. The private onsen is self-regulating, so you don't even need to adjust anything. The temperature and water level is perfect. Location is also great, close to the attractions

Big hotel room with very comfortable beds.
We love the automatic Japanese toilet that opens when you enter the bathroom and the classical music.
There is also a big bath tub ideal to for a hot bath after a long day of walking. The water pressure is good in the shower.
There is also a kitchen counter, microwave oven, coffee pod machine ,mini ref.
Bathroom amenities are very good .
The hotel manager and staff speak very good English and are very attentive to our needs. They constantly communicate with us thru wats app.
The hotel is about 10 minute walk to Kyoto - Kawaramachi train station, and is about 15-20 minutes to the Gion district.

The staff was the highlight of the hotel. Always smiling and very helpful. We were taking the airport shuttle, whose pickup point was 15 15-minute walk from the hotel. The lady helping us with the checkout told us that the hotel would drop us off at the shuttle pickup location, and then followed up by accompanying us to the bus stop, guiding us through the maze of ticket vending machines, ATMs, and the bus boarding point. Without her help, we would have surely taken 20-30 minutes more. I was pleasantly shocked at this fantastic service.
And besides this, the daily housekeeping was spot on, free coffee and other drinks in the lobby, laundromat (better than the one at Sheraton Grande), spacious rooms, a 65inch 4k TV in the room, the massage chairs which we used daily after our tiring days and just 4-5 mins walk to dotonbori street.
I would surely stay here again.

Everything! The level of attention to details in the design and facilities is quite remarkable (lighting placement; sliding doors, design is simple Japanese with a modern touch). Staff very friendly and helpful. Quite a few different metro stations are within reach of the hotel. Room was very spacious with an excellent view of Tokyo skyline. Gym large and in good condition.

First day of a road trip in Okinawa: It took approximately 1.5 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. After a 10-minute drive up the mountain, the hotel is nestled deep within a small village. A peaceful and clean white room with well-designed facilities relieved the day’s tiredness. Getting into the outdoor bathtub and pool in the morning, you can see the distant sea and waves, offering a truly joyful experience.
