Damare Resort & SPA位于圣保罗湾城，拥有季节性室外泳池、共用休息室、餐厅和酒吧。这家住宿距离費古納海灘（Fekruna Beach）有4分钟步行路程，距离Malta National Aquarium有6.1公里，距离波派村公园有6.3公里。住宿配备24小时前台、机场交通服务、客房服务以及免费WiFi。 这家酒店的客房配有书桌。Damare Resort &... 内部装修太浮夸，地理位置很好。但前台员工服务太差劲了。 我们因突发状况需要给父母就近找5晚住处，看到booking上这个酒店比较近，有空房，就直接开车几分钟到达，一位女的前台看到我们是亚洲人告知已经没有房间了，不可以预定。我们出门在车上看到booking上依然显示空房，就立即全款预定了。再次进入酒店和前台说明预定编号等，前台表示系统内看不到我们预定的确认，无法入住。而booking上明确显示已付款，如过我们单方面毁约，是要支付全额的。所以明显是前台女生故意刁难。我们就态度强硬要求manager出来解决，结果她花了5分钟就帮我们搞定了。我们第一次在马耳他感受到了种族歧视和恶劣服务态度。体验很差。

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was immaculate with stunning views of the sea. Unfortunately since it’s low season,the outdoor pools weren’t working but they have a fantastic indoor pool and hydrotherapy. I came for my birthday and I was suppressed with a cute dessert set up, a bottle of wine and a room upgrade.

We went to Gozo for our celebrations and we couldn’t choose a better hotel other than Santa Lucija! We acknowledge the staff about our visit and we had a very nice room for us with a bathtub and Prosecco! Thank you so so so much! Irene and Natalia at reception were very kind and helpful The facilities are lovely and when the indoor pool is finished I bet it will excel the experience Thank you for all the staff! Will come again for sure :)

What to say about the hotel’s Monastik restaurant - a must! Tried the better part of the new menu and everything is so delicious, locally sourced, organic. A delight.

A small boutique hotel with about 18 rooms located in the center of Valletta. We were surprised by the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, starting from the very welcome of the taxi driver at the airport who was extremely kind and friendly, showed us and explained the whole city during the ride. Even though we arrived before the official check-in time, the room was ready. Every day the housekeeping did an excellent job. Since the water is not drinkable, they regularly leave a bottle of water, it is equipped with tea, coffee, a hairdryer, an iron etc. The breakfast was varied and of good quality, if you want eggs, they cook them as you order so you will never get cold scrambled eggs. The reception staff is very friendly and ready to help at any time of the day or night. The location of the hotel is in the very center of Valletta, close to the main street and all attractions. We are very pleased with the service and if we ever return to Malta, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!!
