This property is beautiful. The room are very well decorated and very large. Incredible view of the mountains! The owner and staff are absolutely amazing people! They are so attentive. My flight got canceled and wanted to stay near the airport. We also ran out of money because we were suppose to go back home and there are no ATM nearby. I explained the situation to them and said we would take the public bus back to the airport and they said they would take us back to the airport. They even walked us to the restaurant so we wouldn’t walk alone at night. Breakfast was also amazing. ii can’t describe in words how incredible everyone was to us and how clean and big the rooms are. I highly recommend staying here if you need to be near the airport or want to explore the area.

Everything about the Antigua Casona was perfect. The reception staff were amazing - welcoming and professional. Our room was spacious and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was exceptional as was the food in the restaurant. We stayed in this hotel 7 years ago and it is every bit as excellent now as it was then. The whole hotel is beautiful.

All was perfect from the beginning to the end of our stay. One of the nicest people that I met in my life. They took care of us from the first step on their little island in the middle of the lake. The place is the best, and the owners of this lodge are the best too. Very recommended

Gorgeous location and really nice rooms and HOT water. The owners were so kind and helpful. The included breakfast was amazing. One of our favorite stays during our time in Peru.

Sometimes we come across places that we should be grateful to have had the opportunity to visit. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the owners and had our lunch. We were alone in the hotel and Lucho invited us on a hike through the Sacred Valley and then light the 'fogaza' to tell us stories about the Incas and Peru. I can say that these were the best moments of our stay in the country. I would like to thank the hosts immensely for their attention during our stay. I would also like to highlight the friendliness of the staff as a whole. Thank you and I hope to see you again in my lifetime.

Lovely cabins, very private, great views. Bed was incredibly comfortable and overall the room was impeccably clean. Staff were very friendly and the breakfasts and dinners were tasty home cooking. Highly recommend.

The care that has been taken to restore this Hotel is a credit to the owner. The attention to detail, the space, the location and of course, the food. The staff are fabulous, the service so good. I can highly recommend Casa Cartagena Boutique and Spa.

I spent two unforgettable nights at this jungle lodge near Monkey Island, completely immersed in nature. The two owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. Their way of life is truly authentic—electricity is only available in the afternoon, and everything feels deeply connected to the jungle. One of the highlights was visiting a nearby village and playing football with the locals, which made the experience even more special. If you want a genuine Amazon adventure, this is the place to be!

Wonderful location and experience! The view from the dome is stunning as well in the night with all the beautiful stars as in the morning with the lake view up front to enjoy from the bed. The service provided by the host is far beyond the ordinary, Angelica is such a sweetheart who cares deeply for her guests. I arrived late in the evening and a delicious home cooked meal was waiting for me. Hot water for showering, great breakfast and flexible times for check-in and check-out. I couldn’t ask for more.
