This was our last stop of a 6,000 km road trip and, we saved the BEST for last. This hotel was better than any other hotel we stayed at in the UK, France and Spain. Everyone should experience what Portugal can offer the discerning traveler.

The establishment boasts a rich historical background and holds the prestigious UNESCO registration. The breakfast provided was truly delightful and scrumptious, while the room itself was spacious and impeccably clean. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to provide a friendly and accommodating service.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could want. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. There are several places to relax or sit with a drink, both inside and out. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. (uphill of course). The restaurant food was exquisite and reasonably priced for the surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel and would return here again. We stayed 5 nights in room 3306. Great view. Hotel has an elevator.
