Brand new hotel - The rooms are perfect, it has everything. Very comfortable stay. Super helpful and young staff, including the receptionists and the restaurant staffs. All good hearted people. We loved the green space around the property, and we can imagine how beautiful it will be once the young trees are fully grown. The onsen & spa facilities were amazing and well done to high architectural standards, massage venue, tasty lunch and dinner, gym, swimming pool. Everything as an oasis for busy Phuket.

Beautiful place, super comfy bed, tub overlooking the canyon. Amazing dinner and breakfast. Will definitely return!

The breakfast was served in the garden under a small pagoda. I had the eggs in a pan - Vietnamese style, with lots of peppers and ground pork. The breakfast was very good.

Absolute gem of a quite new property! Maa and Mr Wae (likely spelling wrong) were just lovely (as was there son). Such a warm welcome, including a ride to rent our scooter.🤗 They were available for everything we needed. Beautiful and clean with a refreshing pool, and laundry service. Located off the main road, along the jungle where we watched monkeys and birds, and loved on their dogs. I do have to say that there is barking, but we still had a great stay! Even got a lovely surprise gift when we left. 🤩 Highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay! Give the dogs my love. ❤️

This resort is hands-down the best place we’ve stayed in in Thailand since we’ve been traveling throughout the country for nearly 3 weeks. And, we travel a lot- around the world. It may be out of city central but the owners offer so many trips to downtown and back for a very small fee or free, that you will be able to do what you want. If you’re a nature and jungle love, appreciate a completely different experience, and want to be close to Chiang Rai city but not around constant city life, this is the place for you. It is truly incredible, memorable and special . The rooms are amazingly fun, private, spacious and almost like a movie set or fairytale. At night you hear the frogs croaking and during the day you see the butterflies and natural beauty all around. The breakfast is top-notch with fresh fruit, eggs, any style, not to mention local and homemade goodies. Jazz, Noi , Hanna, Krit and daily housekeeping staff, will make your visit memorable and special. OK. We are tough critics and have high standards- you will not be sorry staying here. Oh, and the Wi-Fi works great.

As the sole guest, I received attentive service as if I was a princess. Photos of the Crown Princess of Thailand’s visit in 2020 are prominently displayed on the ground floor and upper floor. At breakfast the well-connected owner explained (in Thai) the 74-year history of the renovated property, which her Chinese father-in-law built. If you’re interested in Chinese-Thai history, this is the place for you. The antique furniture in the downstairs living area has a connection to Chiang Kai Shek—you can look at the nail-less furniture pieces and photos of the Crown Princess sitting on the beautiful bench but please refrain from touching those pieces. The king-sized bed in Room 4 was firm yet comfortable with four pillows, nicely-scented towels and washcloths (Western touch; Thais don’t use washcloths). Breakfast was plentiful with noodles, tofu drink, three types of fresh fruit, Chinese fried doughnut, banana leaf-wrapped brown rice, and tea/coffee. Air conditioning and the TV in the guest room worked well. Nice tiles in the bathroom and rain shower head.

A little remote in the woods but still walkable if you’re in the mood for it. Renting a scooter might be helpful to get around the island anyways. Suuuuper kind owners, very helpful, very thoughtful.

The breakfast was excellent and very delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Although the hotel entrance is a bit far from the main road, overall it was a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Very clean place with friendly, kind, and helpful hosts. They offered an in house scooter for free, the AC worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. The owners truly made us feel at home.
