The staff was professional, kind, and very welcoming, and the atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant and relaxing from the very first moment. The view was amazing, the room was spacious, beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the dining room was excellent, with high-quality and varied food.

Breakfast and dinner had variety of dishes, and some preferences were added to our next breakfast. It's quite hotel, very good for solo travels, couples, senior people and those who are looking for a quality and pieceful vacation. I liked our room with terrace, room was modern with very good Air-condition and wi-fi. Complimentary in the room was water and tea/ coffee corner (refield daily) . I had a nice Hotel Birthday Treat delivered to our room and a birthday card. Thank you.
Reception and guest relationship staff are super friendly, and Mr. Manolis, Hotel Manager, is always around the guests and was taking care of our and other guest comfort. Hotel application was very useful for a fast service, information about evening programs and hotel facilities.

SwedenAs soon as you enter, you are greeted by what permeates the hotel, friendliness and quality. The staff are consistently very professional and friendly. Clean and tidy and with a small but very nice pool area. The breakfast room on the fifth floor is probably one of the most beautiful ones with a view worth a visit just for that. The breakfast is also well cooked and the elderly woman who runs it gives clear instructions on, among other things, the cakes she baked herself. It is about 20 min walk down to the beach, a bit hilly but it is an advantage after a good dinner in the evening.

Centuries of History, Days of Sunshine
The largest Greek island, mountainous Crete has stunning beaches, plenty of history and as much or little nightlife as you want. Party town Malia has many bars, clubs and restaurants on its Strip.
Along the coast is the capital Heraklion, a bustling city home to many Crete hotels on the beach, and a Venetian castle guarding its port. Its archaeological museum includes finds from the island’s Minoan era, while just inland are the Roman remains of Knossos.
Also boasting a Venetian castle is Rethymnon, a popular resort with a good number of Crete hotels with private pools on Booking.com. Loggerhead turtles nest in season on the sandy beaches here and at Chania, an important port with an attractive waterfront set against the backdrop of mountains.
On the other side of the island is Aghios Nikolaos, a small fishing town with a picturesque harbour. Just north is Elounda, a popular family resort, and offshore is Spinaloga island, inspiration behind the book ‘The Island’. Matala in the south has a bohemian vibe and intriguing cliff dwellings, while Paleokastro in the east borders Europe’s largest palm forest at Vai.

We booked Knossos beach resort based on reviews, photos and the amazing packaged it offered. It exceeded all our expectations!!
From the moment we arrived, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade along with our beach cabana. The staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were well looked after! We arrived early, early check in was not a problem. We well full inclusive for the entire stay (3 nights) and we didn't spend a penny!! Everything is included; amazing buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner at a very high quality, new food every day, always so fresh with great attention to detail, all our our snacks and drinks by the beach delivered right to our beach cabana were also included (cocktails, beer, food etc).
We had wonderful massages in the spa area, we chose to eat in one of the restaurants (not included) for a special meal, you are given a discount and the food was incredible and very reasonably priced!!
On our last day, our flight wasn't until 10pm, the hotel allowed us to stay until 6pm with an extra charge of €30, and we kept our all inclusive bands and cabana all day.
Honestly, this place was truly so special, amazing sandy beaches, pure clean water, no noise, so quiet, no loud music, tranquil, clean, friendly and the most amazing greek food!! We will be back, it was one of the most relaxing stays I've ever had.

The lovely waitress, Maria waitress, Dimitris beach bar manager, and wonderful massages from Evalina Spa. To the chef, we particularly enjoyed our buffet lunches!

I stayed here for two nights but I wish it had been a week! One of the best resorts I have been to in the world! Not just because of how beautiful and clean the resort is, but also how incredible the service is! I was here for my honeymoon but we decided to take my daughter with us, the hotel caters to all needs. They have a beautiful play area which is safe and fun for children, we were able to leave my daughter and have some alone time. But we also were able to enjoy a lot of activities with my daughter on site!
I could write a very long review because I was impressed! The room was spacious and beautiful (we got upgraded for free)! They have lots of amazing restaurants on site! Every single person who works at Stella Aqua Park is incredible! But a special thanks to Anna-Maria who made sure we had a wonderful stay! Like I said I have write all day but I will just end by saying this place is 10/10! Again thank you so much Ana-Maria for everything.

We stayed at the hotel over the Easter week, the very beginning of the summer season, and couldn’t be more impressed with how smoothly the hotel was running!
The hotel is well-designed and spacious, there are plenty of social areas for family chit chat and cute alleys for taking a walk. We loved seeing all the palm trees and hearing birds chirping throughout the day.
The staff at the hotel were super friendly, without an exception, and genuinely interested in helping guests have a great time.
There are two swimming pools to choose from: one for kids with slides, another one for adults, and a carefully maintained beach with lazy chairs and a beach bar.
The restaurant is great and operates very efficiently, we never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get seated, even during the peak time. And I don’t need to tell you all how amazing the Cretan cuisine is.
In short, this is an absolute gem of a place to stay in!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect—from the beautiful, spotless room with a stunning panoramic view to the exceptional service.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants and just a few minutes from the bus stop to Chania. The airport is also only about a 25-minute drive away.
We loved the delicious breakfast with plenty of variety each day. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate, restocked the complimentary snacks and minibar, and replaced both bath and beach towels daily.
The beach experience was fantastic, with comfortable sunbeds, complimentary bottled water, and great lunch options. The evening entertainment, especially the karaoke nights, was a lot of fun.

Friendly staff, great food. The Management kindly prepared a breakfast box for us to take with us on the Ferry, which left at 8 am. Lato is 850 meters from the Seajet Ferry. This is an easy 12 minute walk, and Lato is the obvious choice if you will also be travelling by ferry

Chania had a charming old town centre with interesting shops, great restaurants and good beaches. I’d recommend taking a boat trip for lovely swimming and snorkelling. If you get the chance get out into the mountain villages.

We stayed in Koutouloufari.
We stayed in Koutouloufari. Easy walk into Piskopiano and Old Hersonissos - or down to the sea front New Hersonissos. The 3 villages all have their own charm and character. We've been coming for 6/7 years now - sometimes twice a year. We visited Sissi this time - 35 euro each way in a taxi and enjoyed our walk around there.

Rethymno is the university town in Crete and reputedly the most cultural. To enjoy that you need to seek out museums and libraries. However I was there in September and tourism is clearly the priority… the harbourfront is the usual strip of bars and eateries of no great repute but within the winding streets of chic clothing boutiques and leather and woodwork shops you can find superb restaurants.. the Castillo, Raki Baraki and Alana are all highly recommended.

We didn’t have time to visit the town centre - only staying one night on our way home - but the location of our hotel on the outskirts was very impressive with extensive view across the bay to the mountains. The marina area looks impressive and other guests spoke favourably about town restaurants. For us this is an ideal place to stay at the beginning and end of our holiday further afield.

We enjoyed visiting the caves in the local area and swimming in the sea. It wasn't always easy to see the road signs to some of the main beaches so had to use google maps to make sure we turned off at right place. It was useful to have a hire car in this town so that we could explore the surrounding area. It was a nice place to visit for a couple of days.

We like Malia, this was our third time there.
We like Malia, this was our third time there. It is a club scene, so choose accommodation knowing that the main street is loud till the morning hours.
We like to eat at Sofi's taverna on Grammatikaki road, or Mr. Dish on Dimokratias road, wonder the old town, and visit archeological sites all around Crete. If you have a car there is a big Lidl and a Xalkiadakis in Hersonissos, not too far, pretty varied stuff, and better priced than local shops.

Liked · I had a lovely holiday with my daughter at Elia Agia Marina in September.
Location of the hotel is great - on the beach, it is wonderful to see and hear the sea from the bedroom!
(I recommend deluxe room with sea view). Another advantage of the location is that it makes the climate at the hotel area pleasant due to the sea breeze.
Private beach with fine sand and always enough sunbeds. Water is shallow at the entrance, great and safe for kids.
The hotel has anything you need, including car rental, can arrange group trips, airport transfer. Near the hotel there is a supermarket and an ATM.
A special aspect I liked was the safety for the kid, I could comfortably stay in the sunbed and watch her play in the pool and at the sea entrance, no sea currents, no deep waters, there was nowhere she could get lost or any danger.
Breakfast was very good and with many choices, lunch and dinner tasty and of good quality.
Staff is really nice and helpful and catered to our needs with attention, a special highlight for receptionists and bartenders.
Room was cleaned daily, comfortable bed and good quality sheets, the cleaning lady made towel swans, elephants and bows, which my kid really liked.
We had a nice time at the outdoor facilities, two pools and jacuzzi.
There are two accommodations - a hotel and a resort near each other. The resort is newer and premium-vibe (last photo), while the hotel is simple but comfortable with bigger rooms and sea view. You have access to all facilites located in both. We stayed at the hotel.
I recommend this hotel for location, food, staff, accessibility and safety.

Along the beach front, plenty of restaurants and some cute little gift shops. Won't be stuck for choice on where to eat. Beach is long, but not tonnes of rows of sunbeds although we always got a bed. It does get pretty busy on Sundays.
