It's a what people look for when they decide to go to Nice although much better than the metropole. A city without giant buildings, great beachside walks and small streets at night. But mostly, the location (in the middle of the Cote D'Azur) makes it perfect for people who rent a car and aim to go on roadtrips or visit places like Monaco, Marseille, etc.

A good spot with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Good beaches and a wonderful view across the bay. Plenty to see in the area, but you need transport or be organised to use buses or trains.

French coastal village.
French coastal village. Endless bars and restaurants to choose from New beach is our favourite. Sun loungers need to be pre booked and are not cheap. BUT the staff work so hard there running up and down servicing the sun bathers. Long seafront walk large amount of shops to browse. Cocktail bars Casino.
No service charge tip at your discreation

The place was nice, our hotel was superb, however the restaurants in the city need improvement (takes more than 40 minutes to get your order even if it is from daily menu) only in the tai restaurant we got better service. Additionally the beach facilities should be reserved online otherwise you will pay a lot of money.... We didn't know that so it was an unpleasant surprise.

We love Juan-les-Pins!
We love Juan-les-Pins! The beach is beautiful, the people seem friendly and there are many delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and boutiques within easy walking distance, The town seems very pedestrian friendly and safe. Juan-les-Pins is in an ideal location to visit many other areas of the south of France. One can easily take the train, ferry, or even hire a private driver to visit other towns and villages. We plan to return next year we like Juan-les-Pins so much.
I’m a return client. l love this place, the location is excellent for beach and restaurants and the hotel facilities good especially the pool. It is a small venue so coming back from the hustle and bustle outside it is like walking into an oasis of calm.
The management and staff are very friendly and flexible. Incredible value for money.
With all the measures and associated documents I was helped to get printed copies.
Already looking forward to return next year!!
Room was very clean and enjoyed the simple breakfast. It was only toast, croissants, yogurts etc but perfect for a start to the day. Coffee was decent. The ambiance around the pool was very relaxed and enjoyed the quiet peaceful music. I felt like the hotel was good value for money considering the price of hotels in Antibes. The location of the hotel means you can venture into Juan Les Pins or Antibes on foot for the day/evening which is a real advantage!
The location is between the tourist areas of Juan-les-Pins and Antibes, which is perfect for visiting both areas. Beaches are accessible at both areas within a 15-minute walk. The apartment is well equipped. Lots of towels were provided, and the apartment is nicely decorated. Good shower, and good air conditioning. The washing machine is very good. The host provided suggestions of restaurants and advice about getting to the Nice airport.
The location and views were perfect. Breakfast was first class, with everything that you could want beautifully presented. We breakfasted on the terrace overlooking the bay, which was wonderful every morning. The beach club and beach bar/restaurant were great if a little pricey, which is to be expected for the hotel grade and location. Concierge and desk staff were attentive and really efficient
This is a great little boutique hotel right in the heart of Juan Les Pins. The location is unbeatable, with the beach a few meters away and restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The hotel is very clean and our bed and shower was very good, and we also found the fitout to be very tasteful. Will definitely stay here again when we are next in Juan Les Pins!
Extremely friendly family running the hotel. International minded but boutique hotel style. The hotel is in a historic building and needs to have some tender loving care, and they will give that to her! Next to this, parking is free in front of the hotel, train station, the beach and restaurants are on a walking distance, just minutes away.
The hotel is very charming, it´s only about 200m from the beach and is surrounded by restaurant, bars and boutique shops. The host is very friendly and welcoming. She lives is the same building. There is even a little terrace for breakfast and evening wine :)
Lovely little room with a gorgeous view of the beach, while still being quiet on the street side. The little deals and fixtures were very pretty, and the owner was so kind and made our time there very enjoyable. Would definitely visit again!
Tastefully decorated boutique hotel located in a quiet suburb convenient to walk into Antibes or Juan les Pins. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped bathroom. Excellent pool and leisure areas
An absolutely charming hotel, located in the heart of Juan-les-Pins. A special shout-out to the most attentive staff - booked as a birthday surprise for my partner, and they helped organise the perfect weekend :)
Location was great. Room was very nice and spacious. The balcony overlooking the courtyard was a nice plus. The breakfast was great too. Lot's of options to select from. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
The location of property was very good easy to access for evening meal, restaurants close by.
Hotel was very clean and the decor was fabulous.
The car parking was good although limited spaces.
The service on the beach was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The location was ideal for sitting and relaxing by the beach. Not terrible hotel placement for you to walk to Cap either.
Staff was great! Concierge Luca was very helpful. Hotel was charming and felt like you were transported back in time except with all the beautiful finishings. Loved it.
the amenities and comfort and decor of the hotel were spectacular! the staff were beyond pleasant and accommodating. Alina especially was sweet and très helpful!
