Amenities at the resort are excellent. The restaurants are great, the pool is fabulous and it is extremely family friendly. Stone's throw from the heart of the city. The property itself is massive and my son had a great time and we spent one full day doing nothing but relaxing at the pool

Nice location plenty of off-street free parking. Very spacious apartment. Relatively clean with plenty of condiments. Great price considering there was a upcoming major international event in town that weekend post check-out.

- The pool is amazing - The staff were really nice (1 or 2 didnt really have a personality) - I was able to check in by noon - The food was really good - I was happy being given a top floor room, even though the palm trees meant I had no view of anything at all

Location in the northern and quieter part of The Esplanade suited our needs. 8th floor apartment provided 2 balconies which were wonderful relaxing spots after days out with great view over The Esplanade garden & recreation areas and sea views to NE and mountain views to the NW. Parking was a bonus with good accessibility in and out to Lake Street. Adequate and plentiful supply of appliances, cookware, utensils, crockery etc.

    The beds were comfortable. TV was great. The room location was excellent. Pool facilities were great. The lovely design of the resort in general was amazing. A shopping centre opposite the road. The staff was super awesome and helpful. There were snacks and drinks at reception. These were excellently priced and not the normal over the top motel pricing. There are lifts for those in wheelchairs not on the ground floor.

    Paid for the view room - stunning view of the sunsets and sunrises; Room - modern design, functional, many useful features, relatively quiet - expect broken iPad; Pool - the pool had many areas where you could relax quietly and avoid the crowd;

    Loved the hotel! The premises are beautiful, so are even the most basic rooms. Great design and comfort. Feels high end but doesn't cost as much as other options around so great value for money. Location is amazing too close to everything. Staff at reception were lovely.

    Lovely Staff. Great Facilities. Very Impressed. The room we booked did not have a balcony (an oversight by us). We were offered an upgrade to a stunning suite. Loved the interior design and lighting design. A real touch of luxury. We didn't get a swim in but the pool broken into different areas is great for different guests and looked amazing at night.

    * Interior design of the hotel was superb and it gave a very classy and comfy feel to each area. * Live music during breakfast/lunch was great to listen to while enjoying the coffees and meals. * Ideal location, within 5-10mins walk, when we booked our tours to Fitzroy Island and Kuranda Scenic Railway. Surrounded by restaurants too!
