We always stop at Sun Royal hotel before heading to Rethymno, as the hospitality here is superb and the sea view from the balcony gives a wonderful beginning to your holiday in Crete. The staff were very friendly and excellent at providing service.

Das Makis Place besticht durch seinen Blick auf den neuen Hafen von Mykonos und liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Strand von Agios Stefanos entfernt. Excellent location. Its right next to the new port where you can either get a seaboat to the center of Chora (which only takes 10 minutes) or the ferrie to another island. They offer free transfer from the airport and back, which is a plus. Clean rooms. 100% recommended.

A wonderful hotel! Although Google Maps showed it as a two-star hotel, it definitely deserves at least four. The apartments are newly furnished with a beautiful design. Breakfast could perhaps have a bit more variety, but everything was tasty. The beach is excellent, with comfortable sunbeds, and the bar is open from early morning until late at night — something the neighboring hotel didn’t have. Das Grotta Hotel begrüßt Sie inmitten einer wunderschönen Hügellandschaft mit Aussicht auf die Stadt Naxos und zugleich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. The whole hotel was super clean at all times, the cleaning ladies were doing an exceptional job. We had fresh towels and bed sheets everyday!!! On top of that we had a different cake waiting for us in our room everyday! The staff were always smiling and eager to help us whenever we needed something. We got driven from the port to the hotel on the way there and we also got a drive to the port when we were leaving, all free of charge. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and we enjoyed it everyday while eating breakfast on the terrace. The hotel was in a quiet area, so we could get enough sleep every night. At the same time, it was just a few minutes down the road to the main promenade with all the shops and restaurants. I definitely want to come back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone who is considering coming to Naxos. Efcharistó and yassas!
