Perfect location - shopping mall and restaurants nearby and - !!! the best quietest beach area - Playa Xamanha is nearby, with the clearest water we found in Playa del Carmen (and we walked along the coast a lot, from Playa Nube to Playacar).

Hosts were very nice and helpful, for instance with their maps of their favorite restaurants and the best attractions. Breakfast under the thatched roof is wonderful.

We loved our beautiful ocean front room, the view and location were perfect. Also liked no TV's or phone in the room. The staff here was so friendly and welcoming. They were attentive and responsive to all our needs. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's a little on the quiet side but perfectly seated in the heart of all the action, there are many restaurants and beach clubs in walking distance. The beach is beautiful and flat in frontand the staff keeps it clean. Truly, the experience was wonderful and we can't thank the staff enough. Every. Single. One. Of. Them!

El Unic Design Hotel es un establecimiento elegante situado en la animada 5ª Avenida de Playa del Carmen, a solo 5 minutos del club de playa Mamitas. La locación era muy céntrica, sencillo pero perfecto el espacio, cambio de toallas diariamente, buena vista desde el balcón, agradable espacio común con plantas muy lindo, buen desayuno continental, siempre estuvo fresco, recomiendo también los waffles del menú. Buena atención y disposición del personal de la recepción y del personal del restaurante donde sirven los desayunos. Ubicado en la parte de abajo del hotel.

El Hotel Casa Colibri es un hotel boutique con decoración de estilo mexicano situado frente al mar en el corazón de Playa del Carmen. We spent 10 days in this beautiful place. Our rating is 10 out of 10. We are already back to our usual snowy Canadian routine, but the feeling of an amazing vacation at Casa Calabri is still with us. The staff was very helpful, and we always felt that any question would be solved right away. The rooms were cleaned every day, and there was always a feeling of freshness, cleanliness, and a nice smell. Each room has a hammock, and we loved relaxing there in the shade during the strong sun, looking at the tall green jungle trees. We are big fans of the rustic, handmade style in Casa Calabri. Every detail in the hotel catches your attention and looks like it was made especially for this place. The hotel restaurant was wonderful. Bravo to the chefs — it was one of the most delicious places we have ever eaten at! The bartenders also made excellent cocktails, bravo to them too! The waiters worked very hard to make our stay comfortable and were always very attentive and friendly. The restaurant prices seemed similar to most places — not more and not less. In any case, we highly recommend this hotel — you will definitely fall in love with it!

Este pequeño hotel está situado en la famosa Quinta Avenida de Playa del Carmen, una zona conocida como "pequeña Italia". Excelente atención, tuvimos un problema on el aire acondicionado y nos cambiaron rápidamente de pieza.
