Service is good. The guy at the reception is very responsible. We talked to him about thinking booking a taxi to the airport but not yet decided, then we went back to our room. When we were about to forget that thing, we received a phone call from the reception and told us the taxi was ready for us. Very cozy and considerate service. There are only two English-speaking receptionists. And they don't speak English that good, anyway you can say it's enough for communication. It's near the city square where there is a 24hr supermarket to its east. It's convenient for travelers, I think. And the bus stop is just around the crossroad not far from the hotel. I'll choose to stay here again if I don't want to bother finding a new one.”
