It was very beautiful, different from other hotels style-wise, its location was excellent as well as the hotel’s restaurant and wine bar.

Located in the heart of Innsbruck, the city’s first design hotel has opened its doors and enriched the city with an architectural jewel. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern, comfortable and nicely furnishing. Breakfast offering was exceptional. Hot chocolate at reception with sweets and chocolates was a nice touch. Location was ideal for Christmas markets. Plenty of shopping and dining options just outside.

Hotel Innsbruck is located at the bank of the Inn River in the heart of the Old Town, 656 feet from Golden Roof, a 5-minute walk away from the Congress Center and the Nordkettenbahnen Cable Car. The hotel is ideally located right in the city center. Everything was beautifully displayed and well taken care of. Cosy and comfy flair throughout the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and well arranged with everything you'd need. The bed was very comfortable with pillow options. All the amenities were excellent and well thought of: bathrobe, enough towels, soap, hairdryer, tea, coffee. They offer a big fridge on every floor level if you'd want to keep your food cool and safe charging stations for your phone in case of emergencies. The spa area was beautiful with pool, sauna, reading nooks, seating areas, all arranged with fresh fruits and freshly infused waters and tea. Breakfast was delicious with a great amount of options + vegan options to choose from. Highly recommend!

This 4-star hotel in the center of Innsbruck, directly opposite the Kaufhaus Tyrol department store, offers free use of its small spa area featuring a sauna, infrared cabins, a steam bath, and a... The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially the one in the reception desk. I had the most wonderful stay.
