Best location, near the tram and buses, loads of eating options around the corner, nice clean neighbourhood. The building itself is well-maintained. The host was really kind to ask herself for a room service and it was a perfect stay. The studio is well equipped with all amenities you would possibly need. I was visiting my daughter at the University of Sydney and I wanted to be right by the University. This is basically across the street. There is a lovely park area across the street and you simply walk through that to get to the University. Also the area is busy but I never heard any sounds at night in my room. It was quiet.
