We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The self check in process was very straight forward and the details were sent early and all communication was very clear. The room was very clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. All linen was fresh and comfortable. The room was warm, despite it being cold outside. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. The kitchen facilities were good, though we didn’t use the cooking facilities. The location was good, about a 30min walk from Union station, a streetcar stop 2min away, lots of restaurants and eating options on the street, walking distance to Scotiabank arena and lots of other sites in the city. We were also able to store our luggage after check out for a few hours which we really appreciated.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were excellent. A special mention to the concierge Steven, he was so professional and helpful. So good at his job and just the person everyone needs to meet on their holiday especially when travelling abroad. Cannot forget Conor from Ireland, a lovely lad.

The location is perfect. Aquarium is across the street. The hotel is amazing. Clean, comfortable and staff were beyond helpful and friendly. The bed was VERY comfortable! We will come back next time we’re in Toronto.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was large and in excellent condition. The location was good, netxt to the subway and easy to get around. There was a convenience store withon 50 m,etres, and a large supermarket only 10 minutes' away on foot.
